The Curves workout combines Strength Training with cardio activity and stretching - all in just 30 minutes - to create lean muscle, raise your metabolism, burn more fat and tone your body. By getting stronger and increasing your flexibility, you are setting the stage for your healthier, more active future.

The next best thing to our famous hydraulic circuit. You can use cans of beans (or other food) or 2 water bottles, or hand weights to do this. Of course, it's not the real thing, but it will keep you at it. To do the full 30-minute workout, play the video twice and do the stretch routine afterwards. STAY STRONG, GIRLS!! Fast forward 20-years….. Oh how I miss the Curves workout center for women! It was a time when I felt the best in my life! Can’t believe I found you….. Where is Curves Hampton? I have so many questions. Is there anyone available to answer? This is so awesome online! Since most of the locations have closed, it’s a thing of the past. Living in a rural area is another obstacle. Oh how I need this! Is this a current site….. 4-years ago? Please reply!
