havent watched this movie since it came out on dvd. This scene still impresses me. I think he did all the stunts himself too. The only complaint is the old school style of repeating the stunt from a different camera angle. I still remember me and my friend watching this on a sleep over. so impressive. I remember laughing so hard when the lady comes and says "knifes for sale...knifes for sale..."
This film makes me think that Ubisoft really should think about setting an Assassin's Creed game in Thailand or Japan. Seriously, the free-running here is better than the free running in the games so far. How cool would that be?
Jumping on the tables and flipping between the glass panes was so extra. Could've just went around. The one I like the most was him jumping between the two stacks of drums on the cart and then between the cyclist and his cargo, both of which were moving obstacles and fit into a scenery where that was a more believable obstacle.
could you even imagine how thrilled stunt people in hollywood´d be if they gave the ok for these kinds of stunts for their productions.. think maby old westerns and buster keaton comes closest. and no chance in hell´d the lead actors get to do their own stunts like this.
just to clear things up, name is Tony Jaa Not Ong Bak...Even in the movie there isnt a person called Ong Bak...thats just for the people who keep getting it confused.
Ong Bak showed me that running can be a badass form of self defense.

Man I remember watching this movie back in "06" at my mates sleep over. Ah good old memories.
I remember back when I was 5 this movie game out and I just get hurt all the time trying to copy his move. Bring back many good memories :D
This guy does all of his stunts in this video. He has no stunt doubles, wires, or anything. Just insane skill.
Can't believe people haven't seen him before Fast & Furious 7...

FANTASTIC FREE RUNNING!
