You can further make it into a fulfilling meal you can freeze, add veggies you’d add in stir fry, and mushrooms. (I’m a single person, and this is my favourite miday week dinner).
Sweet potatoes and carrots are great additions as well. I like it thicker personally too because it's amazing with rice!
