Lisa, to your question about your videos. I have been watching your channel for years and have always enjoyed them. Your voice over makes it so easy to understand what you are doing and is so easy to follow. Real time versions are fun but sometimes the host gets distracted and takes the topic off track. Either way I know I will enjoy them. You are amazing.

@@Downshiftology I agree! And I also find that sometimes more "natural" videos get too long. I love all the details and explanations you squeeze in your videos! They're just the perfect length! Having that said, maybe you could do a live video every now and then and make that more casual and we can ask you questions... just a thought!

Can you please do both methods of videotaping but I have to say the way you do them has always been one of the reasons why I personally enjoy your videos they're so clean and perfectly edited. Believe it or not they're also very relaxing to watch your videos.

This is a fantastic, comforting soup! I really like the subtle lemon flavor, even though I was hesitant to add it. And, yes, I did use fresh and grated the peel! I used kale instead of spinach because I find it holds better over time without wilting. Congrats on the new cookbook, and thank you for sharing!

Hi Lisa, I do love the style of your videos: it's relaxing watching the clean chopping of veggies, and I do love the tips that you incorporate here and there (whilst showing appropriate video clips). I think that makes your videos stand out from the others. It was the clean editing that goes along well with your clean recipes. For example, I learned how to properly slice vegetables from watching you :P. However, if you do decide to switch up the video editing, I'd of course support it, as your faithful viewer. You have to do what makes you happy - because in doing so, it's sustainable for the long run. 😀

Hi Lisa, Thank you so much for having a chapter of vegetarian recipes in your cookbook as I’m Vegetarian. I can’t wait to receive your cookbook that I have already preordered right from the beginning.
This red lentils soup looks so delicious & nutritious, I will definitely make it this weekend as it’s getting cold here in Luxembourg Europe.
I like your videos exactly like this style, it’s perfectly clear and easy to follow.
Thank you for all your hard work!
