    Na walking start paniruken last one month ah - morning 7 to 8:30. En diet ithuthan Morning and Night 5 eggs(only white), 2 to 3 litres of water and any vegetable/chicken(250gm) for lunch. I have lost around 6kgs. Anna pls suggest to follow workout in home for love handles, and chest, stomach
