    I started my weight loss journey in 19/04/2020
    Today's date 18/06/2020
    I successfully completed 60 days in my weight loss journey
    Before my topic is 85 kg
    After 60 days of hard work I reduce 9.3 kgs now my weight is 75.7 kg

    I have a small doubt. Did u reduce this and brought the shape only through these workouts or did u go to gym or also did cardio in gym. Actually I was very obesse during college days later got fit during my bachelor life and again got fat after marriage.. now it is again going to be fat to fit for me.

    HI anna i need one clarification i am doing push up in daily basics actually the thing id i got reducing my chest size but compare my right side chest left one is very slowly reduce Now both size is looking very different. Please advise anna
