- We all face challenges in life. We all experience discomfort. No one has it easy. But the way we respond to these difficulties determines the quality of our lives, especially when we allow it to teach us.

So true! Good on ya, for those wise words ma mannn 💯🙏

@@yanniegeerdink7183 Your welcome. Namaste 🙏🏻
I like that
Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world 🙏
💜🙏
Very recently I had the insight that outer world and inner world might be the same in essence. All is inner world.
I like that.
I want to be without ego and with deep resting heart.
Once you can step back and notice that your mind will always be complaining about something, you can go "Oh, there you go again" and get on with your day.
Hahahah! Love that 💖
Awesome.....another way to put it that you are not your minds unwanted chatter
Learning the *Way of Knowledge* will slow your mind down, will bring you back into the core relationship with your own deeper experience and your core relationship with everything around you. This is the environment for *gratitude*. Though Knowledge will show you that there are many things you must adjust or correct, it will also bring you into a state of recognition of the miracles of your life. So while there is work to be done, there is great joy to be experienced and immense gratitude to be experienced.
Joy and Gratitude, by *Marshall Vian Summers*
Where exactly is that Way of Knowledge School, Is that a belief instead of a University? Or a semi spiritual something?
Thank you, E K.
Your videos give me hope. I live a non-conventional life, more focused on nature and love, and less focused on monetary gain. Happiness is a choice and gratitude is a habit for me. Thank you. 💜

You sound like a very mature soul :-)
@@danielr3522 Mature? That’s debatable. 😉Old, for sure. Thank you.🙏🏽💜
@@abhishekpathak2751 are you an Indian brother? So rare to find an Indian in videos like this. I’m so glad 😀 namaste from another Indian
@@starrwilson6818 can you share how a young person can start becoming independent by focusing on things like this? When we want to be financially independent 😮 and move out close to nature etc.,?
Hardship is inevitable, but staying down when life pushes you down is optional.
Yes, but sometimes easier said then done...
@@brooklynn52dee38 That goes without saying.
And the opposite? German-Italian Romantic and searching life for proof of being pushed down (when there's just as much cause to feel up-lifted) and staying down?
Being held down, or pushed down over and over makes it hard. Especially when it's yourself that is the one dragging/holding you down. Defeating yourself, a mirror image, that knows what move you will make before you make it.. The hardest demon to overcome.
Staying down is optional, you are right in a way. I will fight till the end, but it would be nice to win once in a while..
Staying down.. it becomes more attractive with every defeat, I've given into it twice before. But I'm still here. When you give in like that, and it doesn't work, you later find strength to get up again.
I am yet to find this surface, where I don't have to fight for every breath. I question how long a human mind can endure this.
@@oynlengeymer2434 I hear that you are struggling, Oynlen. I've got a lot to say about all of this, but I'm tired and must get some sleep. If you want we can "chat" over the weekend. Please be kind to yourself. Love.
"Inspiration is something that you must generate within yourself. You must also seek it in your environment and in your relationships. To seek it in the environment, you must direct yourself to those individuals, to those events, even to those historical accounts, that reinforce your conviction and commitment and remind you that greater things are possible given true determination, true companionship and a worthy goal."

Thank you, Ivan.
Enjoyed the walk in the forest Nada - there's not much that the forest can't sort out.... Fantastic. Thank you 🙏
Totally agree 🌷

Having lost everything dear to me I found this channel.
Your eloquence and articulation of the human condition or to put it another way your insight and ability to put into words the complexity of our inner lives is profound.
Once we had a real caring close kind supportive community where we lived.
Now we have the internet.
I'll take the former, but it's channels like these that expand our ability to experience the best of humanity and peace as we travel on our spiritual journey.
Thank you for your kindness.
Beautifully expressed 🌸
No matter what you do or what your life is like, there'll always be pros and cons. We tend to have this idea that a certain type of lifestyle or dream job will just be perfect and everything will be sunshine and rainbows, but that has more to do with what we want the world to be like, rather than how it really is.
Well said ! 👍
true, you have to weigh up what kind of pros you prefer, and what kind of cons you prefer to deal with...It's a personal thing
I never compare people. Once I started doing that, I felt I had reached a new stage of wisdom.

What a great video. Thank you for being so honest and reflective. This is the kind of spiritual teaching that resonates.
I broke up with my girlfriend last night and got a notification for this video today. Well-timed.

Before Awakening, chop wood ,carry water,After Awakening chop wood, carry water. Your opening up sharing is really appreciated we are only individuals in our perspectives, we are all So connected in our humanity and I know this when I listen to your thoughts. The knowing is in not knowing and allowing the self to freely experience the Journey of life. Thank you
One thing most people fail to see is that what we see in others is what we have in ourselves. We tend to believe that we are different from others. That our pains are greater, and our wrong-doings have a decent reason even if it is the same with others' that we judge harshly. To be honest, I have seen that in everyone as well as in myself. So, when I judge someone, I stop and take a step back because I know that If I was exposed to the situation for which I judge people, I would be no more different from them. Be it something quite ordinary or horrific.
"Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people." Jung
thank you for this peaceful walk in the forest featuring gentle nuggets of wisdom caressing my ears.
It takes so much inner strength to put one foot in front of the other some times in life. I am experiencing that now. It overwhelms me. I try to manage anxiety. Some times I succeed and at other I have sleepless nights.
Wishing you love and light. I think a lot of people are feeling like this right now. Sometimes it's nice to know you are not alone
I too find anxiety difficult. To say the least, I find myself often losing self-control although it is within my control.
Why? I believe it is a learned behavior developed in childhood. When we were not empowered. Which comes down to maturity.
Peace to you Rizwan. I know that story.
we all are struggling, it's a part of our life. the awareness we have is a unique trait of being human(we are aware of our feelings and they are a kind of gps to guide us more in alignment with who we really are. )
Sending love from my heart to yours, I hear you❤
I had a very difficult childhood but I was very grateful because it taught me how to accept that no one has control and to stay humble. But then as an independent adult I found myself forced to learn everything that I felt I grasped properly in a healthy way (even in a dysfunctional environment) on a deeper level after being diagnosed with a chronic illness. I had to deal with the same helplessness as I had as a child but with a lot less optimism considering I am in my 30s now. Time lost or to get better or to get back “on track” I found has been what I’ve been dwelling on on. And the pain I experience while standing or walking is what I have been fearing so greatly. I stopped getting out of bed. I stopped leaving the house. I did all sorts of things to avoid the high pain levels that I experience regardless. I have had to dive deep within to find the will to push forward without getting caught up in depressive thought patterns. Its sort of like walking through a mine field but your perspective on confronting difficulties is truly inspiring. Your strength is so strong it’s palpable through video. All your videos help me greatly especially having to be in so much solitude being unable to walk and get out into nature on a regular basis anymore. I think I will do some more research on better ways to deal with chronic pain on an emotional level with an inner peace priority . Thank you so much for your videos 🙏🏼💓

Sending you good wishes my friend.
Chronic pain is difficult especially when others fail to recognize that you are truly suffering.
I can say with certainty that the mind (or will) can overcome pain and difficulty. May you receive full healing and friends to walk with you on your healing journey. ❤️💐🕊🙏🏻🌹🎶💌
In case you need support regarding childhood trauma I highly recommend the videos of Dr.Ramani. They help me so much! You will get a lot of clarity and much of the pain gets understandable. Good luck and get well soon! 🍀

This is the most beautiful start to my day and truer words cud not be spoken .....blessings 2 u & all that need the blessings in this very moment. Love & Light 🤍xo🍒
I love the truth you observe in yourself, I put down my guard at your demeanor, thank you
It's all too easy to look at everyone else and glamourize their life and experiences. I catch myself doing that while I'm in dark places myself. Or I think that "at least they have this and that, which I personally don't at the moment". Yet, I recognize that that's a flawed mindset to have. I was living together with a (now ex)partner back in 2020, and it was one heck of a rough year for us. Yet our friends looked at us like "But you guys _live_ together!" Truthfully, there were times when I wished we didn't since I felt like the time we had together was taken for granted all too often. There were also all kinds of challenges for us to face individually; us living together did not automatically make it a paradise. Yet, people around me made it out to be like that, and I got tired of hearing about it.
What a beautiful and powerful message!!! I always show empathy towards all living creatures. Right down to the little spider that someone wants to kill. I will step right in and show them there is nothing to be scared of and actually the spider is probably just as scared as you are. I very sensitive to others emotions and listen more than babble on about my problems. I've learned that being in nature is my release or my peace. I just feel so energized after sitting hours in nature. It's amazing how nature is willing to take that energy and transform it. Thank you very much for your insight✌❤😊
A very true statement. As the trees take in carbon and release oxygen.
They also speak to my soul as there astounding beauty creates tranquility.
I have one cockroach that’s been living in my bathroom for several months now, we coexist 😊
There is a certain sort of eloquent way you speak that has a magnetic draw of captivation. Of course, it definitely shows how much growth you have achieved as a human being. Sharing your knowledge helps all that listen to you become aware of life and its twists and turns of challenges that we all face. Your vulnerability is your strength and I much admire your intellect. Thank you so much for your videos. Blessings from Alabama.
I really respect you ! 🙏💯😇
Great video! I love walking in the woods, and just watching the video made me feel peaceful and made me smile. Thank you. ❤️
To grow and to become better version of ourselves, we need to give up on the idea of life being a certain way. We need to give up the desire of controlling how things unfold in our life. Instead of asking life to move according to us, we should teach ourselves to move according to life.🙏
Someone in this world has to put these words of wisdom for the benefit of others, Someone has to do job to tell others that they have to smell the breeze like you do, being in nature. Thank you Nada 💙🧡
Life is a journey... everyone came here to work through different struggles for personal advancement.
Your videos have guided me through some incredibly tough days this week! Thank you, from the bottom of my soul 🙏🏻❤️
I'm getting a lot of pain from a recent neck injury. I'm getting frustrated that none of my friends seem to appreciate I need a bit of support. I know that it's either not true or if it is it's because that's how I've organised my life somehow, and they all have more than enough going on themselves. But physical pain is very isolating. I can kind of see, or at least hope, that learning to manage the negative feelings I'm having of being let down could help you manage the negative physical feelings too. You can tell yourself you are just observing the sensation, but it becomes exhausting just telling yourself that constantly. I do feel like I'm learning lessons from it though. I have a sense of awe at the wonder of a working human body.
I understand your isolation in your pain. Strangely, I have found myself most alone in my greatest time of need.
However, I believe that this situation causes us to grow as we learn to depend upon our higher power. This experience has taught me a great lessen in being content and finding other pathways to lift my Spirit.
Perhaps you too will find solace in your time of need and isolation. ♥️
Nothing else permanent one day it will disappear.
Your struggle, like everybody else, is very real and even if your obstacles are different from the majority, it’s not easy at all. I absolutely appreciate the personal quality of these videos since you are speaking from life experiences and reminding us that there’s always something to learn no matter how deep into our journeys we are. Thank you, Nada
Please never stop making your videos 🙏 you make so much sense to me, thankyou so much for your words
Agreed❣️
Thank you for this just as my best mate was killed in a bike accident last night..
Life will always have its challenges, feel it all, let it all come over you but then pull yourself up, brush yourself down, give the middle finger with a smile and move on.
Sending Love and Healing to you 🙏🏻💜

Love that! That has to be one of the biggest mic drops those trees have ever witnessed haha
Your gratitude and need to be at one with nature comes from trauma and hardships. I know you have done tremendous soul work, just by listening to you. We won't find serenity outside of ourselves. Every single word you speak resonates with me. Being able to sit with oneself comfortably is a superpower 🙏
Thank you, it’s always a pleasure to listen to you. 👍
Thank you for these words Nada, and that Robert Anton Wilson quote.

Yes, indeed! Life is the best teacher.
I know that you go through challenges too. I know that you have pain and suffering. Much love to you;)
I'm so moved by your generosity of heart and the irreducible value of your candor.
Thank you - 💗

The world needs more people like this guy.
Thank you for sharing your insights. I always find them valuable, and I tend to mull them over as I go about my day after watching one of your videos. Finally being able to see that other peoples bad behavior, and my own for that matter, is often caused by unhealed trauma and deeply held conflicting beliefs has allowed me to see myself and others with more compassion and empathy. Your videos have helped me grow as a person, and I just wanted to say thanks.

Well said, Nada. I find great difficulty sometimes in conversing and listening to the opinions of others, but I do find value in disagreement.
If we would all except each other just the way we are and treat them with kindness and compassion perhaps this behavior would reduce all of the anger and hatred in this world. ❤️💌🌹
What a timely and thought-provoking message. While many of us understand that simply existing guarantees one will encounter various aspects of life-be it desired experiences or not, we often forget or never understood that life is much like a creative teacher providing us the opportunity to expand at any given moment. Life (source energy, god or whatever one chooses to call it) does not appear to respond to us as if we are limited beings. Usually, we do that to ourselves and to others. The key to experiencing a full life regardless of what comes our way, is the continuous incorporation of self-awareness (understanding) while also being aware of others as well. That’s where growth and wisdom come from and your message nailed this concept. Thank you for sharing.
Always a pleasure spending time together thank you. Love and peace. Tim

Wow ! Right on target with timing & subject. I'm struggling with the world today @ this fake racism issue & the great reset. I have so much hate towards alot of stuff today. Idk, I just dont know about anything anymore I feel LOST in every aspect of my life. Its hard to get away from it because its everywhere tv, internet, people talking about it.

Yay, hello! Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
You are loved!
Living the contemplative life is much harder than living in the 'normal' world. I can attest to that because in 2008 I took a year off to live a more spiritual life in nature. Prior to that and after I work in highly pressurized corporate jobs. And I can say it is easier to be in a 'real' world than to live the way Nada does. In the 'real' world, if I am unhappy, sad, angry or jealous, I can numb those emotions with endless TV watching, shopping, binge eating, yelling and blaming other people. In a life of a contemplative, you got to DEAL and face all these emotions. And believe me, they never stop coming. The worst ones are those supressed emotions from childhood and goodness know from which lifetime that flares up that took everything in you to overcome. Most would just drop out halfway. Like what Nada said, just when you thought you figured something out, it turns out you did not or you would move to the next level. He is really speaking from personal experience. It is a tough route that only the few chosen ones can truly undertake for long term.
Reading the comments, there are so many of us that feel uplifted and inspired to fight the battle of life!
Thanks again your Wistom is good for me to understand ❤
