- Which Mutual Funds Help One Build a Solid Portfolio? | Mutual Fund Ki Baat with Bhavin Vithlani
SBI Magnum Mid Cap Fund picks mid cap stocks with the intention that they will become large cap companies over time. It follows a bottom-up stock picking approach. It picks companies with sound corporate governance and solid financials. If you have more than a 10 year investment horizon then you can invest a lump sum in equity funds. If you have an investible surplus then don’t invest the entire amount at one go. You can divide the lump sum and start investing in parts at different stock market levels.

SIR, I have a doubt regarding mutual funds suppose I am doing SIP through SBI mutual fund through your app (GROWW) so if I have to make modifications and adjustments to various parameters like duration, frequency, amount so will I have to go to SBI mutual site or we can do it from GROWW
Hi,
If you have an investment through Groww you can modify your SIP, date, and amount, and also step up to increase your SIP amount, you don't have to visit any mutual fund website for any modification.
Thank you

Hi , I have invested in more than 20 funds. Should I withdraw from all 15 funds in one go to reinvest it in 5 dedicated funds? Or should I withdraw only the funds which have return upto 1 lac to save the tax on long term capital gain?? What will be the good strategy to grow the portfolio in long term and reduce over diversification ??
What’s the total portfolio amount for 20 funds ?
