Without recording increase 2-4 FPS & reduce stuttering ! !
Yakuza kiwami 2 is run well with my pc, 30 FPS is playable and smooth (motion blur must be enabled tho). Any shimmering/flickering/blurry textures only eliminated by getting new better pc
    Just some reminders here:
    1) I got the game set in "Prefer Maximum Performance" and "High Performance" in NVIDIA Control Panel
    2) Texture Filtering/Texture Quality/Geometry Quality doesn't that much affect performance, most important option the game need to adjust is "Render Scale", lowering this option will give huge boost to FPS at cost image will get blurry or try lowering the resolution.
    3) In this video i used patch from here cookieplmonster.github.io/202... really helpful for performance tweaks, you should give it a try.
    My PC hardware specifications
    - Motherboard: Bulldozer H61 - mATX
    - Processor: Intel Core i5-3570 @3.40GHz (4 CPUs)
    - RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz (x2)
    - GPU: Colorful NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 2GB (Overclocked, +200 Core Clock [default: 1152MHz] /+200 Memory Clock [default: 1050MHz])
    - Storage: SSD ADATA SU800 256GB + HDD WD Caviar Blue 1TB
Thank you, hope it would be helpful! ♡

Bleh, even accounting for the recording, 20 FPS at 768 is unbearable. You've got something else sucking up some serious resources cuz my inferior system running the same GPU can clock 30 FPS (low-mid) at 1080p.

It is what it is, still playable & stable all the time below 30 FPS. Maybe your GPU got better type of DDR while mine DDR4 and also newer processor
