I set the game FPS limit to 30 FPS, it runs better & smoother than the other options.
Another reminders here:
1) I got the game set in "Prefer Maximum Performance" and "High Performance" in NVIDIA Control Panel
2) If you want to change the resolution, change it from your Windows settings first (in Display) and the game res will automatically follows
