Batman Arkham Knight is well optimized game, even run in 30 FPS still feel so smooth. Just some reminders here:
1) I'd recommend to install it in SSD, in this video i got my game ran in HDD that as you can see there's some stutter happens, playing in SSD would fix this problem.
2) I got the game set to "Prefer Maximum Performance" and "High Performance" in NVIDIA Control Panel
3) My resolution in this game is 1280x720 with other settings in high/normal. In my experience, lowering only the resolution is far better than playing in native but lowering all the settings to the lowest one.
