Without recording increase 2-5 FPS & reduce stuttering !
1) I'd recommend to install it in SSD, in this video i got my game ran in HDD that as you can see there's some stutter happens, playing in SSD would fix this problem.
2) I got the game set to "Prefer Maximum Performance" and "High Performance" in NVIDIA Control Panel.
3) I've also tried LDK mod here www.nexusmods.com/devilmaycry.... It run fine by me, didn't see any loss of performance, great mod.
How to improve performance:
- Set ingame graphic settings to most playable one. (tip: change rendering method from "Normal" to "Interlaced" will give you more FPS or still "Normal" but try lowering "Resolution Scaling")
- Open game directory (default: \Steam\steamapps\common\Devil May Cry 5)
- Search and open "dmc5config.ini"
- Look for "Capability=" and "TargetPlatform="
- Change both from "DirectX12" to "DirectX11"
- Save and right click the config, select "Properties", check "Read Only" then apply & OK
(for very low settings, change "DepthOfFiledEnable=" and "DynamicShadowEnable=" from 'true' to 'false')
