Unfortunately, even in the new Like a Dragon: Ishin, you can find high FPS breaking something. I believe Gunman's rate of fire is still tied to FPS, meaning it will be slower at 30 and faster at 120

@@banana404 First, it was a joke, second, because I just feel like taking this seriously, no it just won't run on a GameCube, now a PS3, it might run it somewhat comfortably (30 fps maybe at medium PC settings)
