Never grab knees from anterior position when doing these things. Grab behind knee and pull thigh. Stop compressing/damaging the meniscus. Especially the posterior medial meniscus. It will save you from a worthless, yet expensive, meniscectomy. Also, stay away from “this is the best….” Without “best” being clearly defined. YW, DA

Kegel Exercises strengthen the bladder muscles. Several times throughout the day tighten the muscles as if you're holding your urine in, like when you have to go to the bathroom really bad, but have to hold it in.
Add some internal massages.....you know where, to really loosen that pelvic floor. If you really have a problem and even if you don't try it out. You might find out you had way worse problem than you knew you had. It is crazy how many walk around with a messed up pelvic floor and have no idea. With lots of issues around that area as a result.

I get painful back spasms that feel like I pulled a muscle in my lower back on the right at least once a month; this just activated some of those muscles! Hopefully doing this routinely and other pelvic floor exercises will prevent future spasms

Put your lower back on a high pillow. The uterus goes back in place.
I do this every morning with a herniated L5 disc. It helps me greatly. I have way less pain
