I’ve never commented on anyone’s youtube channel before but I’m in love with the content you’ve started posting. It’s holy grail. And the way you talk, keeps the other person engaged. Your case discussions are amazing. One request though, if you can, please make more clinical videos like you made on teeth whitening and crown removal procedures. More about root canals and crown prep. Would be highly grateful. 🙏

    Sir,
    Hopefully you are doing well.😇
Thank you for uploading another superb Case discussion.😃🤩🤩
It's so amazing to see how effectively you have emphasized upon the coordination and necessary instructions and communication which is necessary for dental laboratories and Dentists because the collective efforts provide the patient the best outcome needed in that very case.✨🌟
The biggest problem is always the better communication and instructions.
    14:45 : Exactly 💯
This happens most commonly I have seen this.
Thank you for addressing this problem.
21:19 : So true, most labs do that, adding material, so relatable. 😅
A basic knowledge about dental laboratory work is necessary to provide necessary instructions to the lab.
    26:17: 😂😂😂So relatable 💯💯
I never really liked wax carving to be honest I learnt that thing only to help my juniors.💯
Though I was good at it, but still I got an
'A minus grade' while carving the complete crown and complete root of Maxillary 1st Molar that too out of fragile Wax Blocks.
This happened with me during the first year of BDS.
    😅😅😅
Also , a few years back I came to know that this same Tooth carving exercise is repeated during the 1st year of MDS in Pediatric Dentistry/ Pedodontics too.
    😅😂😂😂
    🫣🥲😅Ab kya hii bolu Main🤭🤣🤣
Knowledge of Wax carving was only a bit helpful for me during Amalgam carving.
Because both are done by using non rotary instruments/ hand instruments.
And yes that knowledge is never helpful during Crown preps and Endo work and dental bonding and ceramic/ composite build ups .
29:11: This is so true.. 💯💯💯
May be this is the most helpful tip of the entire video:
100 % reliability cannot be and should not be there, it is an absolute error.💯
The combined efforts of both the Dental clinician and Dental lab would be required to achieve the desired results in any clinical case.✨🌟
Thank you for uploading such an awesome case discussion.🌟😃
Such detailed case discussions regarding Smile makeover were badly needed.💯
Many students and recent graduates don't really have the knowledge of how to begin with smile designing procedures.🌟
There are lectures and seminars and multiple courses that are being organised by various institutions.
But not many would be able to attend those sessions.✨
At least these case discussions are helpful for those who are not fortunate enough or don't have the time or money or lack proper knowledge and resources required to attend such courses.💯
For many people who took a long break from Dentistry and want to relearn things, for them this channel has become a true blessing indeed and You are doing a really good work because you are helping such keen learners .😃☺️😍🌟
Thank you for investing your precious time and effort for helping us all.😃☺️
Your consistent efforts have provided the young generation of Dentists a good opportunity to learn and understand things in a much clear and concise manner.
These case discussions are absolutely perfect, there is so much to learn from these case discussions. ♥️
May God reward you and your loved ones with happiness, good health, prosperity and peace.🌟
    Stay Blessed Always.😇
    Best Regards.💐

Sir! How do we check the contacts in trial using floss without cementing them? Chances are there for crown to flip.
And also i guess u forgot to mention that 32 42 crowns didnot meet the gingival margin sir.

    • @DRSMFaizan
      @DRSMFaizan  8 месяцев назад +2

Just place a finger over the crown so that they don’t pop off when you remove the floss. The gingival margins will go back to the actual margins within a week :)
