For distalizing teeth on both sides to gain space do we have to prepare mesial side more as compared to distal side or tooth preparation has to be even on both sides(mesial and distal)

You remove the proclined part in preparation.
Unfortunately my front 2 teeth hit by falling from stairs one was not issue but second was facing several sensitivity but doctor extracted giving reason that rct is useless option and will be reason of health issue ?

Same question, also lateral incisor was also palataly reclined. RCT krky kia to itna kese manage kia?
very nice result, but i would prefer orthodontic treatment, which u already mentioned, crowns ki life bhe patients ko pata honi chaheye its 10 years plus minus 5 years, so if u want a long lasting result then go for orthodontic treatment.

Sir In cases like these, would it provide a more vibrant appearance to use separate crowns or a bridge?
Always seperate crowns unless there are missing teeth.

If your dentist is an Orthodontist, i believe they know when they’re doing. Otherwise for piece of mind, get a second opinion from another Orthodontist.

Case Discussion-9 was about a failing treatment and we know why because of wrong tooth preparation.
I wish that practitioner who ruined that case had some idea about the prognosis of the work he did on that patient.😔

Treatment plan always follows the chief complaint and should focus towards eliminating the cause of the problem.
Yes, a major requirement in this case was Gingivectomy, a point which many would have missed otherwise.
Also, thank you for highlighting the important point why no ideal tooth preparation was done here in this case.
If upon an ideal tooth preparation veneers and crowns are seated there is no point doing such preparation because shifting the midline wouldn't be possible then and the problem would still remain unresolved.✨
Anterior teeth needs to be perfect in appearance.👍

In 2021 I had braces and one day I had fallen from the stairs and got a injured my front tooth , it wasn't a case year back case but it turned blackish just after coming from the hospital on the same day , I had a root canal treatment then , and Now my braces are removed this year but my one front tooth is still little yellowish than all my front tooth can you please suggest me something Like what should I do ??

You need internal bleaching of this tooth. You can look it up on youtube as well

A little more on the distal than the mesial because you have to distalise teeth.

hahaha good question. Usually on spot as my consultation appointment is pretty long. If it’s complicated i’ll take impressions/pictures and then study and call them back later :)
