    Yes, you can add/buy different color dyes and add it into the bleach.. Like if you want a navy color, or dark read. They sell em at craft stores

    this is great; i have several t-shirts that i’ve worn whilst cleaning at home during which i’ve accidentally come into contact with bleach & have bleach spots which look awful. thankyou, now i know what to do in order to rescue & wear them again ;)

  • @jairwoo

    It's basically like a ratio. So you'd use for example.. 2 parts water, 1 part vinegar.. You can do 2 cups of water, 1 cup of vinegar. Hope that makes sense!

    If you want a more gradient ombre effect instead of split in the middle, dont do the bag and dip it to wear you want the split for 15-20 mins, stop then squeeze all of it, then put it back but higher so it keeps getting lighter and lighter. You can split it into 3-4 parts, the more parts the more ombre it will look and not very streaky and see the lines but more time consuming.

  • @jairwoo
    @jairwoo  11 лет назад

    Yeah! You can buy a different color dye that they sell in craft stores.

  • @jairwoo
    @jairwoo  11 лет назад

    Try to use a shirt that's older that you don't want to ruin, just in case you mess it up. You can use a "test" shirt, too.

    This a great video on how to dip dye using bleach but it isn't a good one on how to ombré a shirt. His shirt just looked two toned, there is no gradation at all.

    1. That's effing awesome, and I'm DEF gonna have to try it!
    2. Your shirt came out more white than it did when you put it in the vinegar. I thought it was suppose to stop getting so light? Did you rebleach or what happened? I like the final look, but wanna know to prepare myself when I do it myself. Don't want to get it to the color I want and then it goes even lighter or so.

    the result was awesome, but if i wanted to make it sort of fade into the blue, would gradualy moving the shirt deeper work?
