When I was in middle school 35 years ago... I made a poster of the 4-stroke engine cycle for a project. The science teacher liked it so much, he put it on the wall in his class. Years later when I was in high school, I had to visit the middle school for something and my poster was still on the wall in the science classroom! Your cutaway engine is way better! Every school should have one on display somewhere!
The finger-trapping thing is why most displays like this tend to be behind a screen or inside a clear box to keep lil' johnny's sticky fingers off it, and out of it too...
Yeah Buddy!!☻
You could make a plexy glass case. That surrounds it like a square box.Excellent job as usual❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks Chuck!! Yeah we'll figure something out!!☻
I was thinking the same thing.
Love it! You'll be sure to get a lot of people wanting to check that out. Enjoy the show -- hopefully you get some nice weather.
Thank you Von!!☻
Really cool. Maybe you could make a chicken wire or lexan guard around that one side so you could keep it up front. 🎩
Yeah Buddy!! We'll figure something out!!☻
Bring that to Tuckahoe in July!
Will do Mate!!☻
Maybe a Plexiglas cover to set down over the whole unit?
that is an ingenious idea making that engine work like it was running.
Thank you Vern!!☻
Roadking, just wanted to say thanks to you and your friends. We found your channel a week ago and have watch most all of your briggs videos. Now my self and my two boys have picked up 5 in that time period. Again thank you. Keep up with content. Your friend Heath form north east TN.
Thanks Heath!!☻
Looks great, RK!! I was really hoping you were going to show the inside of the box, and how you did the spark.
Thanks Dwayne!! It's like a Magic Show, ya gotta keep them guessing!!☻
That's cool, might want to see about a perspex cover, children like putting their fingers where you tell them not to ,thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones
Looks good!
Thanks Tex!!☻
Totally awesome RK!! You are the man!!
Thank you Tom!!☻
Pretty cool. You shold put some clear glass or plastic on the oil pan with some oil in it to show how the oil slinger on the crank splashes oil up.
That hammer bronze paint turned out nice.
Nice!
Thanks Buddy!!☻
That's a pretty neat rig, my man!! It does warrant supervision, though. Nice job.
Thanks Chuck!!☻
One minor detail. The spark should light on ever other stroke .As it is now you have a 2 cycle or 2 stroke.
That's real life for these engines, it's called wasted spark. It takes place just before the inlet valve opens so there's nothing to burn.
@@chrishartley1210 It could be a defective ignition module. LOL
Good catch Chris!! That's why we made the Cutaway, I'm surprised nobody mentioned it is sparking BTC!!☻
What you said about kids wanting to touch everything, that'll be me, still a big kid at heart.
That is a cool display and will help those understand how an engine works.
Thanks Lloyd!!☻
Great job on that project.
Thanks Bud!!☻
I can't wait to see it in person Saturday!
Yeah Buddy!! Good times!!☻
That is sweet!! Nuffa This.....
Thanks Bud!!☻
I'll have to say hi at the swap meat.
Always wanted to do a cutaway of a duel synchrobalanced cast iron 12hp briggs engine but don't have time to do it and don't care much for kicking it around the shed since getting a 16hp for cheap.
We'll see ya there Bud!!☻
Very cool.
Thanks Buddy!!☻
Love it I can hardly wait to touch it
That's cool as hell
Thanks Buddy!!☻
I love it ! Nice work….
Thanks Dog!! Are you going this weekend!!☻
@@805ROADKING YW. I can’t go. I wish I could.
I like it. I think it turned out great like all your projects do!
Thanks Bob!!☻
I like your cutaway engine thank you for the video
Nice job RK that turned out great!
Thanks Bud!!☻
Very cool buddy
Thanks Buddy!!☻
That turned out nice! I never really thought about it but realize now that small engines use wasted spark ignition. Fired by a trigger on the crank I guess they would have to! Have fun at Jacktown.
Thanks Dog!!☻
I found it! Best cutaway ever!
If you bought those 12" Gate Valves you could have had the Best Cutaway ever!!☻
👍👍
I'm second I'll take cherry pie❤
That is so cool, RoadKing!
Thanks Larry!!☻
It came out really nice!
Thanks Howard!!☻
Turned out Great 👍🏻
Thanks Bruce!!☻
That came out great!
Thank you Chris!!☻
Pretty Neat RK.
Thanks Goomy!!☻

Squirt a little grease in the sprag it will cushion the balls .. hope to see you at the show
Thanks Ant!!☻
