Shinjis Bankai.. There is a reason he never used it. Same with a couple of other Bankais. His Shikai flips directions and perceptions, but as we know, Zanpaktou can alter reality itself, so imagine just what he can flip with his Bankai. We do get to see at least 4 more Bankai's we never saw before not including Shinji (which we never saw in the Manga), and there are actually 4 new radical twists on existing Bankais.
Fun fact; Shinji’s bankai was forbidden from use within the Soul Society because of the effects it has. If you haven’t read the manga, you’ll be in for a treat
