Dale please visit jalpaiguri it's in north bengal, and 500+ km away from Kolkata, you can reach here by 1 hr of flight or 23 hr of train from Kolkata, nice small city and you an also visit hills, tourist mostly visit Darjeeling and nearby hill stations from here and u can travel to sikkim also
