A US blogger was just abducted and killed in Zamboanga this month. A town councilor was shot and killed yesterday. Between going here and Marawi, Mark is traveling to dangerous places.

My mother loved Zamboanga. She lived there for a few years and she told me how beautiful Zamboanga is. She loved going to the beach and get some sea food, she said its fresh and delicious.
What an awesome place. Asia is my dream destination visiting all the countries and experiencing the unusual and weird cuisines. The people are so friendly and have an epic vibe .... especially Chui and the laughing aunty 😅

First time I've ever seen Zamboanga Pinoy food showcased in a food blog, and the only dialect I'm fascinated with in chavacano. I see the malay/Indonesian influence here, ang sarap! Good stuff Mark, your guide really made a difference in this series!
