Oh no, Chui again? Please.. he's the worst representation of food here in the Phil. He's socially awkward and Mr. Know-it-all.. giving me chills and cringe how fake he is. Look for better guide with standard please. Not necessarily that he has "followers" means he had that. You're too smart for that Sonny.. please..
Id prefer if you were just reviewing the food solo. Chui and Calvin doesnt mix well when reviewing the food with you. Its like 3 high school kids reviewing streetfood. Very incoherent, and when someone disagrees with the food you tend to change your own opinion.

I love Macaroni Salad. It is part of my childhood, in the same way most Filipinos love sweet spaghetti, hotdog on stick with marshmallows, and chocolate porridge or champorado. It reminds me of a time when I was young, and life is so simple, and I'm easy to please with food, music and time with my friends. It's pure nostalgia, I guess. Tiyulang Itum is one of the notable dishes in Mindanao. Maybe most people are turned off by the black color, but when I visited my mother's hometown of Zamboanga, and ordered Tiyualng Itum, I love it so much. The broth is beefy, salty, savory, and spicy, which is my kind of thing.
I loved the adventurous spirit of the hosts as they tried some of the Philippines most unusual and divisive foods. The way they approached each dish with an open mind and willingness to learn was really inspiring.
He makes a living doing this, other wise no contents and views. So, not a big deal, he just needs to think all of those money from youtube while swallowing those food
Oh men! Here we go again! Nice to hang out with you Sonny and Cal🤣 Sorry for the macaroni salad, I have a better relationship with that comapared to Sonny with cucumbers😂
As a kid I always ate my chmporado with sunny side up egg. The egg has to be very lightly cooked only. I have to be able to break the yolk and then the liquid mixes with the champorado. Yum.
I hate that fruity macaroni salad. Its not bad. I just don't like it. It's so typical in every filipino household. You see every christmas. There's also cheese.
I'm Filipino and honestly macaroni salad is the famous desert here in the Philippines specially when it comes to xmass and new year everyone's family have a macaroni salad in the house and for me is not the worst food
I make this macaroni salad when I was in high school, it is always the first one gone, but I prefer macaroni with shredded chicken and pineapple but less sweet, just cheesy and creamy.
Arh, I'm leaving the UK in a few hours to arrive in The Philippines to marry my beautiful fiancée. I cant wait😭❤. I tried balot once but never again haha. I ran straight to the toilet after!
13:53 BIGGGG mistake. LOL. I grew up eating that sisi, it's usually paired with something sweet and savoury to balance it out. The preparation is usually with calamansi or vinegar to mellow down the saltines and some fresh cut chilli to a bit of kick.
in additional comment: I'm a bit disappointed watching how they cook bibingkang abnoy in a wrong way 🤦🏼 FYI: it cooks using banana leaf and no oil, tomato, pepper powder and that magic sarap as well 🤦🏼 banana leaf added flavor to this dish and it's really delicious when you add plenty of parsley 👌🏼💯
Bagoong Sisi should be a dip/condiment only but you poured it all to your rice just like a soup 😂🤣 It is best to eat it with boiled banana called Saba and dip it to the Bagoong Sisi with red onions and chili ❤
Been watching for a long time.. but mac salad is the most BASIC (& LOVED) Xmas dessert here. C'mon man, it's a Xmas staple! Who the Eff hat8s mac salad?! 🤣❤️🎄🇵🇭
That third dish of beef looked legit tasty and made me hungry - then came the bottles of fermented oysters and rotten eggs - now I'm very hungry after the rapid expulsion of my stomach contents 😆
When you eat that in the bottle you need a vowl or small plate then add a lemon to taste it good.. dont eat like that because it is very salty.. just ask the seller how to eat that..
For me, more bad foods in the Philippines then good, it is like they do not change the old style food to more modern. Try to adapt to the more and more foreigners in the country.
Edit: AYO WHO DISSED CHAMPORADO. Tuyo (that specific dried fish) is often an optional ingredient. A lot of people add the fish during breakfast. That champorado is EXTRA fancy. Just simple glutenous rice, chocolate, and milk (either condensed or evap) is a lot better imo. Macaroni salad can be found in A LOT of households. I'm not a fan of it, I prefer just plain fruit salad with milk and cheese cubes. And it's in a lot of celebrations.
It looks aweful in its raw state, but at the same time - I indulge on cheese that smells like groin and decay and tastes amazing. Its about perspective. If I didnt see how it was prepared I would be up for the funk.
The champorado & tuyo is the equivalent of commercial Chocolate with sea salt... with a fishy aftertaste. Worst foods for me would be these: pagpag, etag, buro, and ginamos na tahong. 🤮

I feel bro has a traumatic memory with Macaroni Salad.
welcome back sonny ❤
at 8:39 shouldnt the chef use a food processor, not a juice/milkshake blender? coz that to me looks more like a juice blender.

Please don't tell me only rich filipino took the survey, cuz champorado with tuyo is 🔥
Ya know what…Chui is one of those that can articulate clearly what’s on his mind or taste and that is certainly a good thing
Mac salad is just 50/50 and really adjacent to the festive stuff lmao
Kabayan don’t like the Mac salad dish??? Get out in here Chui!
My soul died when they removed the dried fish's scale 5:14 . That's literally the best part
Beautiful video
Whats the storry about the red bandana? 😅

6:54 guest didn't like the mac salad but salt fish chocolate rice pudding is great!!
This is the first time I’ve been genuinely disgusted. Raw duck egg is so insane
Would you go to Uncle Roger's restaurant and give a review?
Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, next Indonesia
Nice Fear and Hunger sound effects!
That third dish of beef looked legit tasty and made me hungry - then came the bottles of fermented oysters and rotten eggs - now I'm very hungry after the rapid expulsion of my stomach contents 😆
I didn't know macaroni salad is considered weird. It was so normal for me to see it everywhere growing up.
When you eat that in the bottle you need a vowl or small plate then add a lemon to taste it good.. dont eat like that because it is very salty.. just ask the seller how to eat that..
bagoong sisi i very yummy,,you just put some vinegar, red chilli and mix to reduce saltiness

To which hospitals do we send the Get Well cards to Calvin and Sonny? Because there is no way they survived this.
I love your videos
"minnesota salads that aren't really salads" 😂 kind of thing.
I dont think I've met or known any Filipino who doesnt like Macaroni salad. Except for the raisins lol
Nice tandems 🥰kelvin & sonny

Boiled abnoy! Taste good ❤❤❤ Super smelly hahahahhaha
I commented before finishing the abnoy part, looks different than what I remembered.
8:30 his English is perfect
Filipinos are excellent at speaking English.
They still got the accents especially on the vowels. That's because they got colonialized by spanish then USA
Grabeee nmn s timba tlaga🤣
