Well done. Don't feel bad about not talking, it just ends up with you talking about being sorry and you keeping in mind that you don't talk is another distraction for you. Just ride and then comment after it's no problem. Plenty of people in the world talk too much and i would rather watch you ride and laughing.

It was a great day out, i got these routes from my local TRF as i was trasining for the Gibraltar race last year, i did them on a XT660Z with a load of kit on, Jon did really well as he is a beginner i think it was a great way to show him what he can do with his new toy, I am in no way a pro at this and have only been riding off road for about 4 years myself, But i do think it shows that you have to get fit to do this sort of thing, we only did about half of the routes i have for this area on this day but we had to stop as it was getting dark but as the days get longer we can go out again and do some more :) keep it up mate and we will have you out there doing the Gibraltar Race in a couple of years lol

After seeing this film, I really look forward to bring my T700 out of winter storage. Nice film! ....however I must agree with @Oyley Hands below. That family you passed 17:20 would probably be much more impressed by you slowing down. That kind of driving combined with loud exhausts really pisses landowners, horse riders and pedestrians of to my experience. Enough of me complaining :) I liked your film and I hope to see more film from you!

    • @RegularJon

Someone needs to say it...You wont be thanked or appreciated in any way for speeding up and attempting a jump or a wheelie around walkers, especially with kids around. It may get you all exited as a novice but remember who is likely to make the complaint to the local authority of police..camera phones are their best friend nowadays.
That and using the BOATS as a personal off road racetrack is what goes towards them getting them closed for responsible riding.
You would do well to join a TRF group or at least read the code of practice on their website, there is a voluntary speed limit of 25mph,yeah,most have gone over that including myself but ripping up an already pretty poor surface spinning your back wheel will only damage that surface even more, and there was clearly a fair amount of that going on.Volunteer members of the TRF end up putting time and effort into repairing such damage and membership fees go towards fighting to keep BOATS open and they wont stand much of a chance when your video ripping up those BOATS get shown to a local authority.
And..before you say killjoy,I am a biker and have been for over 40 years, yes,I have ridden off road and I have the same bike as yourself along with three other similar bikes and I would hate to have the facility of riding on BOATS removed because someone has been ripping them up.
If you cant speak because you are riding in such a way not to be able to it means a few things, you are not enjoying the countryside around you and you are going too fast, also you are riding beyond your ability.
