This house is beautiful and totally my aesthetic but I cannot wrap my head around these new prices- i’m used to houses like this being $800k - $1 million on a lake etc. $5.7 million ($30,000 a month) is out of this world for me
Love the house Jason. Definitely well worth the price for the amount of space. Modern with neutral colors. It's a winner👍
I like this house, for a new build they did a good job at not being overly specific with the choice of fixtures and cabinetry. Sometimes builders can get too custom with choices and it turns off potential buyers because they have to consider changing items in the property when purchasing. The property is neutral and allows the buyer to consider furniture and potential color schemes. The house is large but I think they made good use of the space. I like the little apartment off the garage for a special guest or that special family member that needs their own independence. Very nice.

This is an amazing home and I love the windows with all of the light they allow in. The basement for sure would be a game room and the area at the end by a sitting area.
Jason gives another great presentation. Unfortunately this house lacks “it” factor. First no curb appeal. The front and back grounds are a swing and miss. I’ll try to keep this short. The house was just very boxy and no warmth. Yes some nice features but didn’t pull you in. Definitely have room for negotiation. Thanks buddy.🙏

5 million i think is a pretty good price for something like this. you got houses in Los Angeles that dont even hit 8 thousand sqft and be over 10 million plus witj neighbors. this is a great deal all that space plus the privacy and the tranquility of all those trees being around. this home seems so peaceful and relaxing to live in.

Hey Jason. Was away so catching up on my vids. So behind so keeping it simple. Like how you’re slipping a little Georgia in between. This home is beautiful. Would’ve been nice to see the primary staged but can definitely imagine. Lovely kitchen. Large pantry. Pool. So another even bigger primary upstairs. Big laundry 🧺. For Sandy Springs? I live in GA-- that area is like quite meh. I guess it's close enough to the city, but I'd expect that price more in like John's Creek or Alpharetta. But hey guess the market is what it is. Nice house though!

It's houses in my neighborhood bigger than this and less than 1 million, they on crack, shittt my house has 7bdr and 4.5 bathroom around 700k 4 car garage in stone mountain.

Are your bedrooms as big as these. Do you have a studio apt, duel primary suites, gym, theatre and 10,000 square feet for that price? Is your property completely gated with 5 car garage?
Nothin but gates in this neighborhood, 4 car garage, 7bdr 4.5 bathroom, theatre room and 2nd kitchen downstairs with pool in back. Still less than this 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The house is big beautiful.My concerned is that,there is no fence around,no security doors and windows.Crime is taking over the world.
The whole property is fenced in. And the windows ARE security windows. They're almost bullet proof.

They definitely dropped the ball on the outside of that house it has no character nothing it doesn’t even say come look inside. And then to see the inside they’re not truly the same house are they.
