I loved this home and pass it almost daily as I live nearby. Can’t believe it is still for sale but I see they lowered the price 2,000,000 from original price.
Many neighbors seen it didn’t like the wood on interior doors and kitchen cabinets. I loved everything except kitchen hood. Doesn’t flow with design.

Nice bones. Good layout for entertaining. Not a fan of seeing an acre of white sheetrock, so I am a little surprised by the lack of wall textures. Nothing an experienced designer and a healthy budget can't fix.
Idk it’s lowkey the style now that everything is acres of white Sheetrock. There is a stunning new build mansion in atlanta tho without white everything. It looks like a classical mansion from the 30s and every room has vibrant textures and colorful wallpaper that all flows harmoniously. The designer team did a great job adding character and charm to that house. 10 mil tho but it’s in buckhead so that’s good 🤷♂️

The home is gorgeous! Only thing….the kitchen hood and wood cabinets aren’t quite right……. The tapware in the master bath is wrong….it looks very industrial and chunky and does not match the aesthetic of the home. Also, skylights in the outdoor patio ceiling would have let in a lot more light. Great tour Thankyou!

I just can't spend that much money on a house and my neighbors is literally next door smh
One thing I rarely see are proper fire systems. Homes of this size need addressable fire alarm systems and definitely need to be sprinklered. Also in 2023 I hope these homes have IAQ sensors to monitor home health and comfort. Otherwise it looks nice but you could be miserable living inside.
Some of the other comments are true and also when you say pool house you need to have a pool house that was a bathroom only theater room a must for that price but you did a good job thanks

The kitchen additional pantry should be a functional chefs kitchen I would replace some of the cabinetry with built in oven and a counter top

@@BriggsAnunobi Hello, for the price point one would expect ....La Cornue, Bertazzoni, Miele, etc. It's unfortunate, the terms "Luxury/High End" has been misplaced and misused with pretenses to lure.
@@mmitchell3662 There are levels to luxury. You can’t put Mercedes Benz and BMW at the same level of luxury as Bentley and Rolls Royce but generally speaking, all four brands are considered luxury/high end. There are even some Mercedes Benz models (Brabus G-wagon) that cost more than Rolls Royce’s.
With that being said, I believe that Wolf and Sub-Zero brands are definitely appropriate at this price point…Even all the way up to $10 million. Anything over $10 million should be the more exclusive Miele, Gaggenau, Bertazzoni territory for sure. I have yet to see La Cornue Range in-person. That would be cool to see! Thanks for the convo!

Before I start with the features this expensive home lacks let me begin with the things I like
one the iron and glass windows, the kitchen with the amazing butlers pantry the wonderful half bath with the
3D tile the massive island in the kitchen and the potfiller. Love the 4 car garage. Love the wooden unpainted doors
The missed opportunities on the main level I don't want my dining room at the front door, the main bath should have a steam shower,
why is this home not staged ? All the walls are sanitary white. Going out the back door where is my outdoor kitchen and the lighting
on the main level is not grand at all. Two laundry rooms is perfect. For 6 million there should be no spaces left undone. Love the beams
on the main level. Moving to level 2 the ceiling fan in BDroom 4 is weak no bathroom has a steam shower on this level ither
the tile package is nothing exotic for a 6million dollar home the tile looks like tiling from Home Depot, you want Ann Sacks or any
high end stone company. The iron work on the stairs gives me nothing its not appealing at all. The lower level gives you space, the
bar area has a great stone look on the counter tops and can be used to me as a second kitchen. To sum it all up would I buy this estate
the answer is YES ...but but with a handful of modifications Some of those would be warming drawers in the butler pantry, changing those
dreadful chandeliers on the mail level, chanding the bath on the main and second level to steam showers. building an outdoor fully
equipped kitchen. Hiring an interior designer with vision for the custom furniture and puttin in the built ins that should have already been there in
the living room. I could go on but thats enough. Great on the space lacking on the amenities package
