For 3 Millie I’m gonna need a long driveway, a pool, gazebo, outdoor built in grill, Outdoor fire🔥place, hot tub, front gate with a intercom, wine cellar, movie 🍿 🎥 theatre and finally both properties on my right and left side because you should get at least 2 acres for 3 mill.❤
I agree 💯! This house was poorly designed, and some of the features just don't make sense in this house. Plus, as you stated, it's missing a lot of features that could have made this house worth it!
This home is absolutely stunning! Sophistication and modern elegance at its finest and I'm loving the lot. The fixtures are tasteful and exude high-end! Congratulations in advance to the future owner of this stately property! As always, great tour, Raymond and the music certainly set the mood for this showing. 🔥🔥🔥
This is a skillful video capture of this beautiful home. It is so good that I could imagine living and working there; why would I ever leave the house? You certainly know how to capture focal points. I love the open floor plan and how well it flows. The chef's kitchen is as marvelous as the central kitchen. I love the palette color relationship between walls and floors. The entire is a designer's dream. That primary suite made me cry (just a little). It really is a Master's Oasis. Then, a big surprise - the garden level. Just magnificent.
Very nice video Sir! This is my first time seeing a video from you and I love how you've shot this. It feels like I'm walking through the home myself. Great job! Nice house.
Nice home! Very nice music you select. One thing though, your camera lens makes everything look narrow. If that is the best lens selection you can get, then I'd suggest including room measurement pop ups. That way we [the viewer] can have a more specific idea of the space the home offers.
The kitchen behind the kitchen is a total waste. The kitchen could have been bigger and the pantry could have been an actual pantry and bigger. The half bath should be closer to the garage. The two tone floors would drive me nuts.
Beautiful home., but not worth $3 million dollars. The rooms, closets, and lot need to be larger, and there should be a second master suite. Also the basement has wasted space.
As Europeans watching this now, it's so funny paying over $2M over a prefabricated wooded home. While I can build a concrete structure home strong to go on all weather events catastrophic. I think Americans do not know better, but they are being ripped off by these building companies. I won't even spend $200K on something like this.
funny you would say that Americans don't know better. I think it is just a difference in taste. As an American looking at homes in several European nations, I have come to the conclusion that while your concrete homes may withstand the test of time and weather, does anyone WANT to live in them. I have personally seen homes infested with black mold and fungus that would not be allowed here in the US, as we know it causes illness. Also, many of the homes I have look at would fit inside this home many times over. I do understand the lack of available real estate, but the Euro homes are quite dense and compact in some areas and seem to be built for rather tiny and short people, I am over 6 foot and climbing stairs to view a villa's roof top deck felt like being placed in a straight jacket, although the ocean views were spectacular, I like my space, however I would agree, I would not pay almost 3Mill for this home. Shalom
I love this house. I just don't care for the wood cabinets in the kitchen. That's an easy fix to paint that gray or black. I would want to see an inground pool at this asking price.
Fair Warning! 😏I'm about to rant off about this weird house design. This house is all over the place. Definitely, not worth $3 mil. The street view is not attractive, especially with a big ass glass door, opening the house up for all to see. This only works if the house is tucked off from the main view of the public. But the interior elements clashed so much. Too many living room spaces for the size of this house (the front entry room/office, plus the main living room, the den or tv room off of the kitchen and the upstairs open space area)... so unnecessary! Very poor uses of these spaces. You can see the mudroom from the living room. The kitchen cabinets are ugly. The main living room is nice, but then has this overly bold fireplace that i think kinda takes away from the elegance of the rest of the room. It's too dark and out of place with the other features of this room. They cheaped out tremendously on the shelving in the 2nd kitchen and closets with these huge brackets securing them. They don't match any of the other luxury elements of the house. The bedrooms are too small for this price range, and the carpet is the same carpet you'd find in an average apartment complex. There's a lot more I can say that is off about this house, but what really pissed me off... and I mean, it genuinely made me mad😂... was that tight ass bathroom in the 3rd bedroom upstairs. Lol! Why? It seemed like an afterthought with the toilet darn-near touching the shower and had the sink tightly tucked in there. This house was not designed logically. It has some high-end elements that are nice, but then is thrown off by several cheap elements or just poorly designed spaced. I'm curious to see how long this house will be on the market. It doesn't seem like a rational buy at all!
I don't like the all glass front door. What if I'm walking around in my creepy clown costume and someone walking down the street sees me and calls the cops? I don't need them at my door again. Always getting involved in my business

Yes, music is much better! Beautiful home 😊
Beautiful home and music❤
This house is absolutely beautiful. I also like the music you've chosen for viewing the house. It's calming and relaxing 😌
This is the one! This was worth every minute. Good job! Nice showing.
Sophisticated mowing! I guess we dont use brick anymore in Atlanta. Couple million for 3 sided pre-fab!?!

No one wants a concrete home in America champ 😂😂😂
European shoe boxes are not worth it. Poor air quality, toxic water. A house this size in Europe could easily be $10M US.
Is it safe to say you don't have $200,000? 😂🫵
The market is the market. In my area in SE NC, this home would cost even more money.
Definitely a NO for me as I'm assuming the asking price of this home is because of area. Have viewed much nicer home in other area.
I actually like the Sandy Springs area.
Beautiful home and awesome filming. Not at all worth 3M in my opinion but still beautiful. Seems unfinished in some areas…
More like 1.5 million beautiful home but definitely overpriced
The only thing I would get rid of is the glass front door.
Share this playlist of songs, please.

Just when I thought the days of a formal dining and formal living were over.
post covid everything 70% more than it should be... this home is not worth 3mil
Beautiful Home 😂, but it is built in the wrong area 😮, a home of that price should be in a gated community?😂😂😂❤❤❤
Not everyone wants an hoa.
The exterior of the home is beautiful, but those massive wall columns in the front over powers the front rooms. The interior feels and looks too boxy.
Who is the builder?
Has anybody ever recognized that in Atlanta most of the window frames are black?
And they paint older, brick, homes, white, and then they get dingy. That’s a local style
I don’t understand the glass front door! I also don’t like the dining room so close to the front of the house.
Anybody know whats the name of the floors that is throughout the house 😍
Acacia wood
A home with that square footage, should have a freaking elevator. Beauty is vain. I need a home to make sense.🤷🏽♀️

No marble walls and floors this drywall is not good 👎🏿
I would prefer if you speak let us know what is what and where is what.
You can always reach out to me to discuss IF you do not have an agent.
Video is too long!
Why you don't talk in these video only when its an unfinished house you speak ?
