Damn down here in Florida you get hired at .62 cents a mile / 50 dollars a stop / 20 am hour. I’m about to start driving for DG, Appreciate your videos man 🙌🏽
We want to know how much your taking home that’s the point we are looking for local as well man lol if it’s not enough to pay my bills how would I know when you said nothing about pay just what they offer. I can see that online but the real numbers is by you the driver
@@210Truckiinn brotha that’s the point of the video tho 😂 we not looking for info you can get over the phone , we watched to know what we would be taking home approximately. Been here with dg private fleet for 3 years never heard of a probation period lol I get .73cpm and 47 stop.. hourly is 20 an hour until u work 13 weeks then it's based on 13 week average.. vacation 1 week after 6 months 2 weeks year 1 and 2 3 weeks at 3 years quarterly bonus at .3cpm for every mile drove in that quarter.. profit share bonus is last week of March. They take care of us drivers and family atmosphere atleast at my dc
Used to work there under covenant. The work is hard, the pay is good and my management was pretty cool. The two things I hated was the way they loaded the trailers with all of the random stuff on top of the rolltainers and I only got to see my family on weekends. I now work for Penske. I deliver to WaWa, making $120k+/year and I get to go home everyday.
@@user-rj1hz4sg8rdepend on the load. The load I’m on starts at 2:15pm and I’m home by 12am. Some loads start it 1pm and you’re home by 10pm. Some start even later but they’re closer to the warehouse.

People haten on your video keep going man if anything one day you can jump ship to another company and get paid fat if DG doesn't work out hey are you doing referrals I'm about to try them out just got my CDL
I think its 20$hr when unloading but you also get between 40-50$ per stop on top of that so if you unload at that one store in 1hr thats 40-50$ plus the hourly rate $20 so you just made $60-70 that hour plus you get paid mileage pay as well so doesn't sound that bad actually.. check out sherwin williams they have a pension and pay you for all your tasks you do like walmart and ups does.. driver showed me his check and at 9 months in last year he was already at 90k with 3 months too go still he said he doesn't like to work hard he aims for 2200-2500 miles a week on average just chilling. Hes been there for 3yrs and had grossed 100k all three years this year he said hes on par to make about 106-110k i think hes how everyday or like 3-4 days a week..
