I hauled chemicals and the best gloves that will keep your hands dry are chemical gloves. I have a friend who does flatbed he has a heated overalls and gloves that keeps him warm. When I had to work outside while it was raining or wet I would use a pair of those rubber chemical gloves. Worked like a charm. And in the winter time I had a pair of battery heated gloves and then those cheap “leatherish” gloves and put the chemical gloves over. Kept hands warm and dry. Hope that helps man.

I call this guy ( Zackary) and this guy told me that they not hiring non flatbed experience driver , that they required 6 months of flatbed experience so i don’t understand
