Keep good coworkers by you. The fact he waited for you shows a lot of character. Always help and wait for people that will wait for you. Goes a long way out here
Man im really trying to get into flatbed im still a new driver only been driving about 8 months pulling dry van but you give me motivation to keep working towards doing flatbedman i appreciate your videos! Stay safe man
Yes, I currently work for them. They pay more than most other companies that hire new drivers. New CDL holders start at $0.57cpm and you get a raise to $0.60 after 6 months. More experienced guys get higher I really like working for them so far
If your interested in specialized and Heavy Haul I have a channel called Patriot Specialized and heavy haul where I try to explain everything I'm doing.
2 questions , do you think going over to ATS is still worth it for those thinking of going there ? & also could you make a pay video on what you made while at dollar general ? Some people are considering that company and it be nice to know what they might be walking into.
When you do those big crates put pads down first then straps then tarps if your tarps don’t fit the normal way you tarp then turn them sideways it will work I’ve done those for years it’s easy and never put straps on top of tarps it looks trashy and lazy and rubs holes in the tarps
Here’s a good word of advice from another ATS driver. Stop using WD40 on your binders. Actually, don’t use anything oil based. It attracts dirt and other grime. Get you some spray on graphite. It’ll do just as good of a job and you won’t collect all kinds of crap in the threads. It’ll also work great on your ratchets when they start sticking.
Yoo men what’s your opinion about the ATS LEASE program ??? Hear a lot of comments of drivers which says is good, good money etc etc and the lease of ATS is one of the best lease of all companies, so are you thinking to getting your own truck?? But what’s your opinion about the lease program of ATS ??
I wanted to go into it now but from what I’ve seen and heard MOST (not all) are making around the same if not a bit less then company drivers so I’m waiting to get into heavy haul then jump over to lease with a heavy haul truck 👍🏼
I have 2 years driving experience but it’s all been van I’m wanting to go flatbed who would you recommend with me not having flatbed experience I’m in Tulsa Oklahoma

Call Melton Truck Lines outta Tulsa Oklahoma
You don’t need any experience to run flatbed. Try System Transport or Melton. Or TMC if you’re Midwest based
Have you worked for system? How is the pay @MrFahrenheit99

And depending upon your dimensions you can only run half hr after sunrise and half hour before sunset
