I’ve been driving silverados for 25 years. I’m really interested in this caddy, yet not sure how I will like sitting lower to the ground and dealing with Iowa winters.
Does your black interior have orange stitching? I have been looking for a black on black one but they all have the same orange stitching and I'm wondering if thats a default or something.
The real question is, can I fit a car seat in there and have good room for other passengers? I am 6’4 about 250 pounds with a 1 year old.. need space lol..
don't understand why you'd compare this to the 3 series they are not the same class or size the V is longer its a full size luxury car m340i is a mid size luxury car so therefore it would compete w the ct4v which is also mid size class... the ct5v goes up against the 5 series
The CT5 is an in between car within the 3 and 5 series range. It’s not as large as a 5 series and is priced more towards the 3 series but still is in between. I personally find the CT4 way too small to be a proper 3 series competitor, it’s more along the size between a 3 series and something like a 2 series grand coupe. Cadillac lineup is weird like that. Regardless it’s a great car and I’d buy one if I had the money
Are you slow? Cadillac doesn’t have to follow German dimension standards for what a mid-size sport executive sedan is. They built it so I’m sure they know what it competes with considering they’ve also driven all the German sedans at some point as a benchmark, at least all the bmw’s. It’s longer yes, that doesn’t mean it competes with everything that’s the same length. Have you driven a CT5? A 5-series feels and drives like a larger vehicle, so does the A6 and E-class sedans. They’re much heavier and you feel that when you drive them. 2 different characters.
I have a 2023 CT5 V Silver package and I absolutely love it . The V series are outstandingly done , a good mix of luxury and sport
This is a really well executed sports sedan. It can truly go against the m340i
I would love to see a comparison of those two.
I just got a 2021 ct5 V and it’s been exceptional. The modes are fun to toy around with
Looking into getting one myself 😎
I have this in silver. Love it!!

Eric, keep ur Silverado and buy the CT5 V as a new “spring to fall” ride. The winter and the rust will crush it
Best car I’ve ever had, all black

@@jakejjz8141 I think you can't get around it. It's brownish-orange
I dont like push button start ups. Do they have remote start as an option?
@@testtube173 yes from the key but you still then have to press the button once in the car
Did he say, “Sitting behind myself” 😂
do the lights flash on the steering wheel all the time ? if so that be annoying
No, only the camera sees those lights they are not visible to the eye. It's infrared sensors part of the Supercruise system.
The continued blinking on the steering wheel is distracting; can it be turned off?
@@chany16888 you can’t see it with your eyes. It only shows up on camera which is annoying when filming and watching it back. No worry for in person!
the camera shutter speed is different that's why we see it blinking.

Yes you can fit a car seat. But space is still on the tighter side inside.
Is this car modable?
Yes but not too familiar with mods for it. Dont think its as tunable as the Germans
Sup
