yep, absolutely. infact these nimwits are already sowing these seeds, i have read several comments where all they do is complain about how Ferrari are already favoring Lewis over Charles, going as far as to say they don't need to upgrade the front suspension or redesign the seat position. even though the Team Principal and Head of Technical are both French and Charles has been at Ferrari since his teenage days, these reactionary fools really believe Ferrari is favoring Lewis over Charles.
What's even more important and awesome is that slh44 has brought all the people key to him performing at his highest level emotionally and professionally with him to ferrari

I'm a Lewis 💛♥️ fan and really very glad he swapped team, at Mercedes it was getting a bit dirty. Anyway I hope Ferrari won't favour Lewis over Charles ❤❤ or vice versa ! 🤞 As it's his decision, Lewis will have to adapt (car, team, mentality and language) however with his experience, his talent, his close and personal team, his open mind and his perseverance, I'm sure it won't take too long. 🤞
Initially when I heard slh44 was going to ferrari I thought that slh44 would need to catch up to cl16 where the 2025 car was concerned. However since the only experience cl16 would have with the 99% new 2025 car is in the simulator then I realized that cl16 wouldn't have an advantage with the new car over slh44. So they are both on equal footing when driving the 99% new ferrari 2025 car.
Cl16 would have been there throughout its dev and tested it in sim. Lewis has to get used to and entirely new team, concept, engine, systems, and will have to adapt his style to the ferrari as their deployment is completely different to the etc engine he is used to. He'll have to learn it all
@bniceuk8207 yes but driving a new design concept in a sim and driving the actual product are two different things. What you don't get about slh44 is that he doesn't get a real feeling for the car through sims that why he doesn't like simulator work. Yes while the engine and gearbox might be similar. The actual front suspension floor wings front and rear plus other aero bits will be different. Which means both cl16 and slh44 are new to the new car. Plus the concept that cl16 helped develop is constantly changing and isn't the same as the actual car. Remember slh44 has a natural talent of getting acclimated to new teams real quick. This happened when he joined merc in 2013 and beat rosberg who was with merc three years prior to slh44.
