This is fantastic. I am using a ThinkPad X230 tablet which has speakers on the bottom of the screen (not bottom of the pc) and trying to hear shows on streaming services like Netflix, Disney+ etc was not adequate. This solved the problem. Awesome!!!!!
I THANK YOU! SO MUCH! my realtek audio got DELETED by a virus, right as i removed the virus and was using NO volume apps/downloads THANK YOUOUUUUU!! I literally listen to music how I used to! tyyy!
I tried this and it very slightly boosted my sound, but not much. My problem is that I need to max out the volume on the speakers and I hear all the static/interference in the background, so was hoping that boosting the sound from my PC would allow me to keep the volume lower and get rid of the noise. Maybe it's just because the speakers are crap and I need new ones...
This software is essential for all Windows users. I wish I had discovered it earlier. After trying this software, my Tribit XSound Bar performance has significantly improved, making it truly outstanding. ✌✌
the fact that windows doesn't allow you to boost your audio is just so pathetic, and I swear to god it feels like they're lowering the volume with each update.
We'll you'll still need the Realtek driver for your sound to work, but this is for sure better than the Realtek Audio Manager in my opinion. It's not heavy on your system at all.

its good program but it doesnt satisfy me i use 2x32ohm beyerdynamic speakers i moded into a steelseries cans problem is i don't have a dac except a small usb c adapter that might be the case off an dac but still those speakers are hard to drive and fxsound doesnt have any good preset for ex if you go for volume booster and listen to music that have separate sounds each channel then fxsound dynamic boost are useless and i noticed my headphone are making a cliping sound vs a chrome extension volume booster i used in youtube which was crystal clear honestly at this point just buy a fucking dac instead installing shit on your pc that distorts the sound
Yeah it does not work with DAC because it does not support ASIO/WASAPI even if foobar 2000 see it as fxsound exclusive it will not work i had a long conversation with the devs its only working with Realtek Audio so DAC users is a no go for this software
Nice software windows has altered my sound and my partners many times. Just installed this on my partners computer sound is all ready much better my partners laptop has Dolby Advanced audio with Alec speakers and still sounds bad
what headphones you using ? im also using 2x32ohm beyerdynamic speakers moded into a steelseries cans and its just fucks the sound for me i guess i will just go and buy a dac with decent chip on like a sabre that makes the sound crystal clear if you have also some cheap headphones it could be the case too cause usually those don't have that big driver or good neodymium magnet so they will make some noise

Ive heard about this software causing issues with peoples drivers. Have you had any issues? Also does it automatically start with windows?
I downloaded fxsound but all i get is loud static. followed a troubleshooter to see if i could sort it but i couldnt, any tips?
