* 114 grams sugar(½ cup)
* 100grams Butter or margarine (6 tablespoons)
* 4 grams salt ( ½ tsp)

* Oil for frying

Hi there, I am not sure what hard or soft flour is, but I can imagine you are asking about all-purpose flour (APF) or bread flour? APF is usually used for most forms of baking, while bread flour is for bread making

A standard measuring cup of flour is about 120-135g. What kind of of cup are you using?
