    I’ve been making chinchin for a while now but ma’am, I tried this your recipe except for the pineapple flavour and boom the result is the sweetest, crunchiest and slightly brown chin chin I have ever tasted! You just gained a new subscriber. I love the result I got trust me.

    I have used this recipe twice and its simply the best!!! I didnt have pineapple flavor so subbed with vanilla. Rosemary flavor trick is brilliant!!!! Love love

    You are the best,am in beginners class for this cathering and my teacher hasn't taught us how to make chinchin
    But then a customer wanted chin chin from me
    I didn't know what to do at the moment,so I went online haunting for how to make chinchin
    And then I watch this your videos 3 times and I was able to use this recipe to get something so nice in my first trial

    Except for the eggs and baking powder, we make this in Trinidad and Tobago but we call it kurma. It's then coated in a sugar syrup. Greetings from us 🇹🇹

    Made this but halved the ingredients. I must confess... Of all the ones I have done in the past, this turned out perfectly. It was crunchy just like I wanted. My oil was not bubbling over. Will definitely be making again with the herbs infused ideas.
