I have the Gran Turismo DD Pro 8nm, and the load cell pedal.. Have you tried the load cell pedal yet? Do i need to make support with some lil touch down feet for the pedal plate?
I have tried the load cell. And I have measured the flex with vernier calipers. It is 5mm of flex under full force with a load cell pedal. I am still deciding if I will brace it or if that is an acceptable level of flex. I do not notice it in game.

@@lowguidoschopshop ok so it came in and i put it all together. I used some steel spacers from lowes to tweak wheel angle. Also I actually mounted my pedals Inverted and its even better than i thought because the load cell pushes almost directly towards the tubing instead of end of the pedal tray. You gotta try it.

I actually thought about mounting inverted, but I have plans to build a motion rig to move the whole frame, and I wanted to keep the weight at the front to a minimum. although now that I think about it, it probably isn't going to be that much more weight. i'd love to see pictures of your setup.
