You obviously had a very small minor issue. My herniated disc has literally ruined my life and it’s been like this for years just because you have experienced it as bad doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist and other people aren’t going through horrible lives just trying to survive.

Im 2 years in and getting worse. 1 has turned to 3 so no it won’t always repair

This is not true I've got 4 disc herniations and pain hasn't gone away I still live with it
