    Konnichiwa!
Who doesn't love a night out at a Hibachi restaurant like Benihana (or Gasho of Japan from where I'm from)?! Crazy chefs, silly gags, yummy food and gathering around a table with friends and family - or sitting awkwardly with strangers. The only thing I don't care for is smelling like I took Hibachi steam bath every time I leave!
While I love ordering steak, shrimp, chicken and veggies, my favorite thing at any Hibachi place is the Hibachi Fried Rice that is served at the top of the meal. This is a very simple and light fried rice that isn't doused in oil, has a delicious sesame/veggie flavor and is very satisfying - especially with some homemade Japanese mustard sauce or ginger sauce added at the end. It is perfect as a compliment to any protein or simply to eat by itself!
And the best part? Thanks to cooking it in your Instant Pot, your clothes won't smell like you just exited a Hibachi sauna!

I'm part Korean, so I know rice and fried rice (the long old fashioned way) .... Oh my! I just made this and it was DELICIOUS! I also made both sauces and it was almost like going to the restaurants! And to think, I always bought extra sauces to bring home - not anymore! Thanks for this quick and easy Instant Pot recipe. The Zojirushi is definitely going to be very jealous of the Instant Pot! Lol!

The is officially the first recipe I've tried of yours and it's PERFECT. My all-time favorite fried rice comes from a restaurant in my home-town that I haven't had in a very long time. This is a perfect replacement; absolutely just as delicious, and it was a breeze to make.

I have always been intimidated by cooking and could just never get motivated to cook every night, since it seemed too overwhelming. Since getting my IP-I seriously can’t wait to make homemade dinners. It’s a game changer. I’ve cooked almost every night that I’ve had it. I love these video recipes, for newbies like me, it’s so helpful to see each step. I just made this tonight and it’s a hit!! Thank you for these fun videos! Next up-Mac and cheese....

This has become such a favorite of mine that I no longer read or follow the exact recipe - I use leftover rice from a previous night or from take-out Chinese, and then just wing it in a big deep pan on the stove. I add some minced garlic, some minced crystallized ginger, and sliced green onions on top at the end. I don't worry about how many ounces of each vegetable; just dump in a whole or half 12-16 oz bag of mixed vegs from the freezer, whatever's in there. It's perfect, and cold leftovers are darn good too!

Hi Jeff, thank you for your videos, your food always tastes great and my family and friends love them all! I have already cooked your Chicken Marsala, Chicken Noodle Soup, Beef and Broccoli and now your Hibachi Fried Rice. The only thing I did different with the fried rice is at the end, I fried it all on the stove top with sesame seed oil and butter... I know that adds a little fat to it, but man, if you have not tried that yet, after cooking everything in the Instant Pot, give it a shot... my neighbors and family are going nutzo over it - lol!

I just found you on RUclips, what a delight you are being so natural and fun. I’m sure life has dealt you the negatives, but it doesn’t show here on your site. You are uplifting and fun. Carry On.... to all our benefit and your rewards. I don’t have a instant pot I have a bad word to you (maybe) I got an 8 quart “power pressure cooker” at Costco for a darn good price. It even beat amazons price. Yahoo!! But the instructions suck! So I found you. I will figure it out on my new cooker by your instructions. I’ve tried grand Lil,s stuffed cabbage rolls, my hubby loved em. Looking forward to trying many more. P.S. You have a lovely family.
