    I really enjoy these no nonsense workouts. You can do one or how many you like on any particular day. Anywhere. No time wasted chatting. Brilliant👍

I agree, the flexibility to do as many as you want and being able to do them anywhere is a big plus. And I appreciate that there's no time wasted on chatting, allowing us to focus on the workout.       Totally agree, been doing them 3times a week for over a year and together with healthy diet lost 6kg, aiming for another -6kg.
