My knees used to ache everyday, but after consuming ginger water regularly, the pain seemed to have eased. I no longer need to roll my leg muscles everyday like I used to do. Thank you for sharing. I take ginger water during the day and tumeric milk at night. It’s amazing. I can exercise regularly without worrying about muscle pain anymore.

I tried eating ginger and yellow ginger and sipping ginger tea everyday before. But I learned that ginger inhibits absorption of iron, resulting to my iron deficiency then. When I limited eating and drinking ginger to once or twice a month, my iron absorption improved and my blood pressure went from 90/60 to a normal 120/80 now. Nevertheless, ginger addressed my knee pain. And now I can dance the night away and can walk and run several miles a day. Thank you, sir for your informative vlog.

Thank you very much for your information on the use of ginger. I have been using ginger for quite sometime and it certainly helped my Immune System. I made it a point of my duty to have a cup of warm ginger every morning h before my regular breakfast, and it has helped my Immune System , it's the first thing that enters my stomach before my regular breakfast. I have no gastric symptoms and it also decreased chest pains . I will recommend the root plant to anyone who suffers from chest pains and any stomach symptoms. Just give it and try.

I am benefiting from ginger I didn't know it at the time. I was on a conversation with my son and noticed that places, dates, times, and names of those events were coming to my recall immediately without struggle...I wanted to make sure not to over do my ginger consumption so this why I looked up your you tube post, and I received more information than I had first thought I would...Thank you. Now I know I can drink a little every day as a tea.

I have a mix of ginger powder, turmeric powder, nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder to my morning coffee with milk and sugar free syrup. It’s not a big amount but it’s an acquired taste

I make an alternative elixir: Black pepper, cinnamon stick, mixed spice, nutmeg, avocado seed, cayenne pepper and a green tea/regular tea bag to the mix with the ingredients you mentioned to a pan filled with spring water. Bring to a boil and strain. I tend to use ginger root instead of powder. Turmeric root can be harder to source though - powder is easily available.
