GRAPEFRUIT wonder why each blood pressure medication warns you of taking them with grapefruit it’s because they have the same effects this fruit is high in potassium so it makes sense. 10. CRUSHED RAW GARLIC very potent when eaten 10 minutes after it was crushed on empty stomach it helps in vascular health, enhancing blood circulation, lowers blood sugar, blood pressure and bad cholesterol!
