Blueberry is so expensive In the Philippines, so I substitute DUHAT or in English called JAVA PLUM or fruit of BLACK PLUM. It also contains ANTHOCYANIN and a phletora of other antioxidants, vitamins, minerals. I buy duhat in wet markets, but it is seasonal; available only in the months of May and June.

I remember having some issues in the morning when I felt like, I couldn't fully wake up and have the energy I wanted. Most likely was brain fog, which luckily didn't last for too long. Thank you for I love my tea but I have learned of each of these spices so I add the ginger sage cinnamon clove's and tumeric in my 2 mugs of flavored coffee , well 2 half teaspoon per mug some time I do 1 1/2 teaspoon but with carnation essential or ensure or the cheaper brand of ensure but
No creamer and especially No sugar
I put these spices in my flavored coffee and hot tea I can drink my hot tea after it cools gets cold too

Gonna try those juices as well. Right now, I just drink coffee every morning to ready myself for the day. I am also taking Dihexa from nextchems to help me as well with focus and mental endurance. Awesome list!

I have also started freezing my blue berries and got some black berries and put in freezer ZIP lock and put in freezer and take total well 9-11 piece's every morning with some banana piece's that I freeze as well and put each in small bowl of oats and my spices and add nutmeg and vanilla to it that it with some almond or coconut milk
I switch or add few different fruits and well if to large I cut up like the bananas
Veggies kinda hard to freeze I believe I will have to cook those first before I freeze them haven't yet but
In England it will cost £20 to buy the blueberries to make this quantity of juice

I take care of the elders from my grandma to my clients now my parents too . I think it so important to be preventative at early on as I feels starting aging 40 and beyond if you don’t take good care of your health it’s going to be pretty bad as you get older especially cognitive no matter how healthy you are it’s pointless if you brain functioning is not there either and most important part of all as well keep yourself active and learning everyday . That vitamins to your brain 🧠. One of my client who bible at vitamins for sure with all the health complications he has during COVID he was more likely to go but turn out he more healthier than peoples who has the same health issue and his cognitive is more alert than anyone I know of . Honestly if his gf didn’t pass away he would of motivated to enjoy life more as well . My parents is younger than him by 12 years . I can say they are very healthy but cognitive are the worse of all the peoples I’ve take care of especially my mom . This is why and prob the number 1 reason I don’t get along with her is the way she eats . Due to her frugal way of living the dieting in her make her brain 🧠 to lose it memories for 20 years now . And my dad starting to the last 10 years . I lived through the pains and that is something I certain don’t want to put myself and kids into . When I see Joe yup I see signs in him like my parents . U can be young n go through all of that . That is y things like this in video it good for u
