He obviously Hates having the judge in charge and having to follow her directions. It's PRICELESS to watch his frustration grow more and more. This is for damages since he lost the defamation case by default already but it's for defamation. Basically he told a lot of lies about people as though they were true and some of his fans took it too far. They were harassing and attacking victims of the shooting because Jones claimed it was a hoax. I'm sure he chose not to defend himself because he was so obviously guilty and he didn't want to waste money on a lawyer.

One thing these civil trials have put blatantly on display is how so many people interchange objective reality with subjective reality. So many opposing perceptions of the same event, where what seems objectively real and obvious to one person, is objectively false and silly to another. It's like a mass case of epistemic immodesty.
