This is seriously gold! Pure gold. Thank you both.
This should be framed in gold or diamond. Simple and spontaneous instructions help solve my age old issue. This is the beauty of the truth. I wonder what Deepika and Glaser are doing now 8 years hence with a body made of steel. ❤😂🙏
Deepika has such a lovely vibe!!! Such a good drill. I usually do the same drill on a TRX which has really helped with stability and balance for m forearm postures
Deepika.. you are such a sweet yogini... Thank you Stu for continuously making the effort in giving us excellent quality videos. Each time i watch.. i want to get on the mat ! Loving Aums...Radha. x
Damian Fanish It wasn't a lesson on speech but I'm glad to know you put in the attention and effort to correct yourself when needed.
Damian Fanish lol Cute, you think you're offensive. Wish in one hand, shit in the other. You're clearly an expert on women lol
You lack self control... in general.
Deepika your teaching is excellent I follow u since 11 months and I have learn a lot pl teach us step by step aka pada kapotasana am doing since long but could not succeed
Deepika always has the best supplemental drills for ashtanga
Whoa that was amazing. Tough but so rewarding! More videos with Deepika please! xx
Amazing instructor. Some of that was too advanced for me but inspiring still
what a sweetheart! great video
Thank you very much for this!!.
I suggest to put Deepika in front of the camera to see her what you want to show us instead of having the student in front of her and in front of the camera.
I did the preparation for the plank with my class and their planks are much better! Thank you!
Very helpful, can't wait to try them, specially the last drill for pincha mayurasana 😊
Thank you so much! your words are very encouraging :)
This is great info and short enough that I can add onto a practise 🙏
REALLY GOOD PRACTICE

So happy i've found your channel ! 🙏🏻from France.👍🏼🍒
I love this, I always thought that the toes tap exercise is not effective, but it turns out that I wasn't making sure that my lower back is imprinted on the ground. She is explaining so well and I love all of the exercises shown here! Thank you so much!!!
Great excercises! Thank you Deepika!
Thank you all.
14:40 is how I clean my floors! Really great exercise...thanks!

Hi, I wanted to know if one doesn't have so much hamsting flexibility ( nose touching knees) then wouldn't it cause compression on the lower back?

Hey, I am completely new to Ashtanga, i really don't know anything about it. I have had 2 c-sections and abdominoplasty. So looking up both core strengthening and Ashtanga i came to this. This really is great(i just watched) but ensuring i prepare before doing any pose is very helpful. Could you suggest what(sequence) i should start with that I can conquer before moving onto next stage I would really appreciate. Many thanks. Be safe, keep well.
Sun salutation or suryanamaskara a is a good place to start. Definitly use alternative poses if you need them, there are some good videos to be found here on youtube! Enjoy your practice
Deephika thanks!!!great yogui i will try tomorrow in my own personal class..where are your place to learn with you?
In the plank pose the elbows seems were making an arc to inside. Is it just natural (my boyfriend has the same) or it is what is called hyperactive arms and have to be improved? Thank you
Svetlana Tolkacheva If the arch is between your elbow and hand/wrist, it may just be limited flexibility. With proper form, it should address itself to an extent but maybe explore with forearm flexibility and mobility exercises and see if that helps.
Thank youuu
Thank you 🙌🏽🌝
Good stuff Stu. Some advice though, never get in-between the camera and Deepika :-)
it's look essy but very hardyly done 👍 ✌
Благодаря!
This was such an informative video! Thank you!
Depending on a person's level of strength/experience, how often should this be done???
Hi lam after c sation how to reduced belly fat
Wow.
Where are you from , where do you born and bought up Deepika.
why is he wearing leaves on his feet 😕
Char Shark lmao.... I read your comment before I saw them. too funny
It's a fashion statement, everybody in India wear those while practicing yoga !!😄
Can I do this on Moon days?
true insight
Naild it
Nah, this one is too hard for me. :) i tried it though, and didn't like it much. But anyways, maybe one day I'll come back to it when I can kick but at Yoga.
fell in love with deepika
💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
Not following Kino anymore
awesome!! thanks
Well...lower back flattening to the ground while doing core work does hurt some backs. Keeping the sacrum down and maintain the lordosis while working the core. She is rather flat on her backside, maybe it feels to her like her back is down. I would be personally careful to follow her instructions.
It is not for everybody!!
Yoga is not for women. Please invent your own activities.
Che bonazza!
Freak show.
This dude is a weirdo. But she is a great yoga teacher.
it's look essy but very hardyly done 👍 ✌
