Fitting the Final Bulwark Planks! ***Episode 28***

In this episode after a short break to Wales for some adventuring, it's time to get all of the Bulwarks fitted to the boat for the last time.
First up, refitting the existing starboard bulwark to the new transom once they have had a good sanding and coats of primer.
It is then time to get on with making the last two portside bulwark planks.
We then take a little trip to my local sawmill to collect the oak boards needed to complete the capping rails.
Also i'm excited to be making the first steps inside the boat, and looking forward to the next stages.

Ta fella, just answered a question I hadn't asked yet! I need to make a 10' window sill out of 3 x 4' mahogany boards and was planning on scarfing them, I was bothered about glue choice but it appears I already have the glue you used there! Good 'ole screwfix!

Nice to see you back. I've done a lot of square copper nails riveting on 100 years old rowing boats. Someone told me some dayt that if a lady can rub her stockings on the head of the rivet whithout ruining them, this means that they have been smoothen enough. From a french viewer. Keep faith! I've watched other channels where someone builds a sailing boat and takes us to see secluded beaches.
This is the first time where we got to secluded beaches before the ship is finished.
