I’m on day seven of doing your kettlebell workouts. I am 5'7, 38 yrs old and am 268 pounds, and I have constantly told myself I was too fat to be able to do this type of stuff. I wanted to quit about three hundred times during this routine, but I didn’t. Not gonna lie I shed tears at the end, I was so proud of myself and my butt was kicked!
I just want to say thank you. Seriously. I absolutely love working out to your videos. It doesn’t feel gimmicky, doesn’t feel over the top but it’s most defiantly challenging. Also the fact you don’t talk you just work out also makes it feel way more personal as if I’m just working out with a friend. Seriously, thank you so much I really appreciate it.

This was the first kettlebell video I found when I started using a 30-lb kettlebell several months ago. I have a lot of training in the gym with traditional weights but after 8 months of a pandemic-inspired hiatus, I needed to get active again. I got 20 minutes in before giving up, ended up pulling some muscle in my back and was on aggressive pain killers and muscle relaxers for a week. Took me until the end of last August until I felt brave enough to try kettlebells again, albeit I didn't start with this video. Nearly 5 months later, and I just finished this video at roughly the same pace as Caroline. I'm so proud of my progress (especially having done it with a heavier kettlebell).
I just love the creativity and the technicality of all your workouts. They have saved my life during shelter in place and made me quit the gym and love working out at home. Thank you so much for all the thought, time, and effort you have put into your programs.

Hi Caroline, I just finished the Kettlebell workout. It was mind blowing. I bought a 10 kg KB last month which weighs 10.7 kgs. By the time I realised, the return period was over. Didn't use it thinking its too heavy. For this workout I used the mix of Kettlebell, 4kg DB and 7.5 kgs DB. Today I managed Uneven push ups, Dead stop lunges, Uneven squat, Goblet squat, Single arm row, RDL to upright row, Pass under, Swing to squat(which was my favourite) and the finisher alternating hand swings. I did the windmills and Turkish getups with 4kgs DB because I couldn't manage with my 7.5 kgs DB. I loved the Turkish getups so much that I did twice on each side:) Thank you so much Caroline for putting so much creativity and fun in your workout. I totally enjoyed it:)
That was wonderful!Coming back to the kettlebell after a while is like riding a bike. It feels so natural and it makes me feel strong in a way that dumbbells don't. What a great workout! Thanks Caroline!
The 30 min. kettlebell workout I did at one go, but this one I had to stop 4-5 times to catch my breath, it is not just longer but also more demanding. Both are great exercises that get the sweat out and heart rate up. Thank you Caroline!!
This is a great workout, and in my regular rotation. I love how the floor exercises show up at the end, when I really want to be laying down! Thank you for your efforts...

This is amazing! 5 weeks into kb training (mostly with Caroline) + I finally feel peace of mind doing these workouts with 10 lb. Still challenged but the change is so noticeable already!!
I have such mobility issues due to high school/ College Rugby and Football. Im in my late 20s now and i find i dont have the same pop in most of my workouts i once had when i was in my late teens and early 20s. HOWEVER. Every since i started working out with you im getting that strength and mobility back. You’re amazing keep doing what you do and im here for the ride !!

I’m nearly 64 with some limitations but I have enjoyed the challenge of this workout. I needed to lower the weight for some moves, give myself a slightly longer rest time occasionally and find an alternative for the Turkish Get Up. I feel really good to have completed this . Thank you.

Wow, I'm not the only one! I do them at night as well! And yes, my ever so light sleeping body goes into deep recovery sleep when I finally settle down for the night. It Works for sure!
Full-body Fridays are usually the hardest for me to select a workout!! I have quite a few of your full body WOs to tick off. I tried this work out a months or so ago and could not keep up at all. Zero strength in my arms and abs. I alternated between working out at the gym and doing your 15 & 30 min kettlebell workouts at home for the last couple of weeks. Tried this one again today. It was hard work but i was able to keep up and i feel great now! Thank you so much for all you do!
I switched in a 20kg for some of them, to challenge myself more on those, but had a lot of fun throughout. Always love a workout that slips in windmills mid way unexpectedly. Done it a few times now and will come back to it. The pass-through ones were new to me

I did this for the first time, just this morning! I didnt do the Turkish get up, I still need to work on that, so I did single hand swings for those two rounds. I also used several kettlebell weights, from 2kg to 8kg. I am so happy! I love kettlebell exercises! Thank you very much!

This is a very tough workout. But excellent. I use a 16 kg kettlebell for most of the movements, with the exception of using a 32 kg kettlebell for the dead-stop swings, goblet squat, swing-to-squat and the last exercise (for which I do a two-handed swing). By the time I reach the swing-to-squat, I'm reaching complete exhaustion.
Just smashed this out, totally awesome - love kettlebell workouts. Also an amazing stress reliever, it's Christmas Day with 2 meat eaters, 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan in the house!! I used a range of weight from 6kg (windmills and the dreaded Turkish get ups) up to 16KG for rows and deadlifts. Thank you so much Caroline, keep doing the kettlebell workouts, we love them!! New at kettlebells. I appreciate the amount of knowledge and work that is neccessary to create this workout. It is clear, easy to follow and a hard workout. From the exercises to the music and percentage counter it is all great. Thumb up.
I just finished the EPIC 31 which was on the calendar this morning before starting working. I feel energized. However, I will do this working when I finish work this evening. Cant wait.
This was amazing!! I had to switch between different weights but I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS! I really liked how you showed how not to and how not to do it right before every movement. Even better I was thankful for the small clip of what's next.

Im 38 going on 39. This workout killed me lol😂. I got to 33 minutes and i had to stop. My heart felt like it was gonna burst. Im gonna try this again either tonight or tomorrow

Very enjoyable 45 mins 👌 only have a 10kg KB but it was still very effective. So forgot about those halos 😇 how good they are. Did a little chest session after. Not be long now until Santa delivers all those Dumbbells, Pullup bars, Barbells, Yoga blocks etc. I have told him you have all been brilliant during EPIC 😉
I love kettlebells so much. One of the first things I bought when I started working out from home. I have one 8 and one 12. I'd never seen swing to squat before one of Carolines previous kettlebells. It feels weird at first don't you think like you won't be able to squat in time before the kettlebell comes back down 😂
@@nicolarowlandsadair6715 Hello Nicola. I use to only use kettlebells as they are so good for everything from lateral raises to punches. I agree with the squat , swing but once ya get the rhythm your on it. Really nice session and the 15 minute chest I did after just made me hit the hour. Hope all is good with you Nicola, 😉

Don't have kettlebell and it doesn't matter. Used 9.5kg dumbbell and really enjoyed this workout. Followed this with your 20 minute hit...awesone workout!!!
Loved it! Used it as an add-on for the advent calendar day 17. I had fun from start to finish! I absolutely enjoyed that Turkish get-up🤩! And I always love the various kettlebell swings. Thanks Caroline.

Huge thanks Caroline! I have been using my kettles as they are heavier than my modest dumbbells on your 15 min lower body workout for a few months. Loving the gradual results I must add, as I have teamed it with your ankle weight inner and outer thigh workout. Now you bring us this incredible 45 minute total body with kettles ~ just what I needed ~ how did you know? This is def that middle of the week workout for me ~ will be challenging, but that's what I enjoy! You are helping me in so many ways! So appreciate your work!!
Another professionally produced workout. Well done Caroline and your support team. I really like the fact you have audible timers, total timer and session timers all in view. I concentrate on getting half way and then the rest is downhill! Must admit I substituted one of your exercises for one of my own . Can't expect an old boy to be as supple as you, at least not without some lifting gear to get me off the floor! Thoroughly enjoyed it and worked up a good sweat followed by a shower and a chilled beer! Felt like I had earned it!

I switched in a 20kg for some of them, to challenge myself more on those, but had a lot of fun throughout. Always love a workout that slips in windmills mid way unexpectedly. Done it a few times now and will come back to it. The pass-through ones were new to me

I just tried this routine and it kicked my butt. I couldn’t do the Turkish or V exercises very well. I’ve been doing your 30 minute exercise with no problems but this, this is for the pros. I’ll keep working at it and get better. Thank you for sharing. Cheers from the US.

I did this for the first time, just this morning! I didnt do the Turkish get up, I still need to work on that, so I did single hand swings for those two rounds. I also used several kettlebell weights, from 2kg to 8kg. I am so happy! I love kettlebell exercises! Thank you very much!

Just tried this for the first time. Used a 20 and/or 24kg. First 30 mins was pretty ok, but the last 15 was a KILLER! Love it!!!!

This is a very tough workout. But excellent. I use a 16 kg kettlebell for most of the movements, with the exception of using a 32 kg kettlebell for the dead-stop swings, goblet squat, swing-to-squat and the last exercise (for which I do a two-handed swing). By the time I reach the swing-to-squat, I'm reaching complete exhaustion.

Just smashed this out, totally awesome - love kettlebell workouts. Also an amazing stress reliever, it's Christmas Day with 2 meat eaters, 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan in the house!! I used a range of weight from 6kg (windmills and the dreaded Turkish get ups) up to 16KG for rows and deadlifts. Thank you so much Caroline, keep doing the kettlebell workouts, we love them!! This was amazing!! I had to switch between different weights but I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS! I really liked how you showed how not to and how not to do it right before every movement. Even better I was thankful for the small clip of what's next.

Very enjoyable 45 mins 👌 only have a 10kg KB but it was still very effective. So forgot about those halos 😇 how good they are. Did a little chest session after. Not be long now until Santa delivers all those Dumbbells, Pullup bars, Barbells, Yoga blocks etc. I have told him you have all been brilliant during EPIC 😉
I love kettlebells so much. One of the first things I bought when I started working out from home. I have one 8 and one 12. I'd never seen swing to squat before one of Carolines previous kettlebells. It feels weird at first don't you think like you won't be able to squat in time before the kettlebell comes back down 😂
@@nicolarowlandsadair6715 Hello Nicola. I use to only use kettlebells as they are so good for everything from lateral raises to punches. I agree with the squat , swing but once ya get the rhythm your on it. Really nice session and the 15 minute chest I did after just made me hit the hour. Hope all is good with you Nicola, 😉

Don't have kettlebell and it doesn't matter. Used 9.5kg dumbbell and really enjoyed this workout. Followed this with your 20 minute hit...awesone workout!!!

Loved it! Used it as an add-on for the advent calendar day 17. I had fun from start to finish! I absolutely enjoyed that Turkish get-up🤩! And I always love the various kettlebell swings. Thanks Caroline.

Huge thanks Caroline! I have been using my kettles as they are heavier than my modest dumbbells on your 15 min lower body workout for a few months. Loving the gradual results I must add, as I have teamed it with your ankle weight inner and outer thigh workout. Now you bring us this incredible 45 minute total body with kettles ~ just what I needed ~ how did you know? This is def that middle of the week workout for me ~ will be challenging, but that's what I enjoy! You are helping me in so many ways! So appreciate your work!!
Another professionally produced workout. Well done Caroline and your support team. I really like the fact you have audible timers, total timer and session timers all in view. I concentrate on getting half way and then the rest is downhill! Must admit I substituted one of your exercises for one of my own . Can't expect an old boy to be as supple as you, at least not without some lifting gear to get me off the floor! Thoroughly enjoyed it and worked up a good sweat followed by a shower and a chilled beer! Felt like I had earned it!
