    I love these combination workouts. I started with 2 x 24 kg. 3 such circuits as one set. 11 sets of 1 minute each set. my sweat flooded my eyes

    Great cues on the complex!! Just one question, what mat are you using?! Desperately need one that doesn’t get destroyed in a single week of KB work

    are the thumbs supposed to be pointing IN or OUT when you are doing the clean? I keep seeing two different versions. This version is thumbs pointing OUT. I want to do it like this, but I am being told this will hurt my elbows if lift heavy/do too many reps.

      Burpee without jumping + Alternating Snatch or Alternating Clean and Press
