Is it a good tactic to start let s say 12kg, do 2 reps, then 16kg another 2 etc up to the kg that is tiring, let s say a max 24kg or should that max weight have the most reps fpr most effectiveness? As always great content i basically store vids mainly from you

I think two reps per warm up set is just right. 3-4 totally warm up sets to make sure you’re ready to crush the heavy weight💪🏻

Any tips for doing pushups on KB handles? I find them so damn tippy lol
It’s likely that you’re doing them on pretty light kettlebells if they are tipping over. You will need heavier bells yo create more stability ✅
