I love kettlebell workouts. I've added these to my repertoire.

So good! Thank you for the great instruction on gorilla rows. I love this exercise but always felt like I wasn't quite doing it right. Felt awkward. But this video has helped me tremendously. I think I've got it now. PS. Great video content!!!

Gorilla rows and bear crawls sounds like a lovely combination.

i can do a farmers row (landmine) with at least 70lbs (have not tried to go higher) and i can not even do one renegade row with 30 lb kettlebells. so weird. why is it so hard?

And this is somehow better why? No controlled eccentric, hardly any stretch, rowing up (because of your legs being in the way) instead of back and up and all this bs about core. Telling ppl less lat builds bigger back? Omg. This is all terrible 😂. Why do I need my glutes stretched to grow my back? Any why do I want my biceps and forearms working to grow my back? Jesus...

Lots of instructors speak favorably about compound exercises. Why not look for the good in things?
