    Excellent instruction. You are clearly a great teacher. I find this hardstyle clean is a bit easier to execute (but more demanding in terms of strength and explosiveness) than the sport style clean, in which you clean the kettlebell from the bottom of the swing position, and not the floor. I have trouble executing the sport style clean without banging my forearms.

      Both are good I just find the clean from the floor most beneficial for building explosive power and strength. There’s certainly always a learning curve when trying something new / don’t do often ✅

    Great video
    I can do a proper clean with my right side , but my left side is a different story , I keep flipping the kettlebell over and coming hard down on my forearm and wrist , because of a shoulder impairment . Any advice

    I haven’t used them, much it’s definitely a common sense issue.
    I do hard body conditioning too, so I strike hard items, so it may work for me to do a unconventional raise with the kettlebell. Thanks for the clear & concise clip 💪🤜🤛

    Gunslinger was a good point for me, I’m trying to flip it UP and over and that’s not what’s happening. Going to work on that portion while my forearm heals from the wrist whacks I put myself through yesterday 😅

      You are describing the original clean. This guy was demonstrating a so-called dead-stop clean.

    no matter how I do this it's so painful on the back of my wrist. Even when just doing it basically slow motion. I'm wonderin if my hands just aren't built for the clean motion.

      @@stephenberry5518 yes 100%...ive tried everything. Just come to the conclusion my arms are just too sensitive and bony on the back. I've tried with really low weights and it doesnt matter.
