    Today’s fitness shenanigans center around body sculpting with heavy weights- ankle weights 5 lbs, free weight 15-20 lbs, and 50 lbs bar weights. Routine includes : Curls, Upright Rows and killer Squats...don’t forget all this while wearing ankle weights. Let’s go!! 💪🏾😩😜

    Thank you for the realness of your video. I weigh 300lbs, more than pies. I suffered bad with depression and I would be very lonely. Its been a very long time for a relationship with a Man. Watching you help me to really open my eyes. You just don't know. If or one else, keep me in prayer to lose this weight. I will keep you posted.
